Aims: To identify the causes of failure of the canal wall down mastoidectomy and evaluate the causes for discharging mastoid cavity and to address the causes of failure of previous surgery to minimize the Revision surgery.
Materials And Methods: This was a prospective and retrospective observational study conducted at a tertiary care hospital from May 2019 to December 2021. Total 20 Patients (11 male & 9 female) with age group (0-60 years) who previously underwent canal wall down mastoidectomy and presented with complaints of persistent ear discharge were included.

Ventral hernias with large defects (≥ 2 cm) are managed with tension free mesh repair. The growing consensus that sublay (retrorectus) mesh repair is superior to onlay mesh repair due to fewer complications is based on literature dominated by retrospective studies from high and upper-middle income countries. There is thus a need of more prospective studies from various countries to resolve the controversy.

It is now a very rare cause of neurological, developmental, and musculoskeletal disability and death in infants after the advent of penicillin. Background And Aims: Supraglottic airways (SGAs) are generally used for airway management; but can also be used as a conduit for tracheal intubation. Our primary aim was to evaluate i-Gel and laryngeal mask airway (LMA) classic as conduits for tracheal intubation using ventilating bougie by assessing number of attempts and time for insertion of SGAs, ventilating bougie and endotracheal tube (ETT), and total intubation time.
Material And Methods: A randomized clinical trial was carried out in 58 patients requiring general anesthesia and endotracheal intubation for planned surgery.
