Methods: This was a multi-centre, prospective, observational study conducted in 21 participating centres from December 30, 2020, to June 30, 2023. The study included term newborns requiring parenteral fluid therapy for maintenance (NCT04781361).

Metaplastic breast cancer is a rare and heterogeneous breast cancer group that encompasses both malign epithelial and mesenchymal tissue components. Squamous cell breast cancer (SCC) is one of the types of metaplastic breast cancer, and diagnosis is established when more than 90% of the malignant cells are of squamous cell origin. Squamous cell metaplastic breast carcinoma is considered an aggressive tumor because of the risk of distant metastases, and there are limited data on treatment patterns.

A new strain of coronavirus (severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus-2 [SARS-CoV-2]) was identified and caused the first pandemic of the 21st century. Purpose: The aim of this study was to compare the positive aspects and complications of monoplanar and biplanar access techniques used in percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL) based on the modified Clavien complication grading system.
Patients And Methods: The data from patients who underwent PCNL using either monoplanar access (group 1) or biplanar access (group 2) techniques were analyzed retrospectively. For the biplanar technique, puncture is adjusted based on different fluoroscopic projections, including vertical and 30 degree positions.

Purpose: To report our experience with patients who have suspected testicular masses (STM) managed by ex vivo technique of testicular sparing surgery (TSS) after radical orchiectomy.
Materials And Methods: Between 2007-2011 years, 10 patients with STM were evaluated by history, physical examination, testicular ultrasound and serum tumor markers. STM were defined as; no paratesticular lesions, size of the lesion smaller than 20 mm, and no known presence of elevated tumor markers or metastatic disease.

The aim of this report is to present the radiologic findings and discuss the percutaneous treatment of an extremely rare giant soft tissue hydatid cyst located in the left thigh in a 44-year-old woman. Ultrasound showed a well circumscribed giant soft tissue cyst, and computed tomography revealed a well defined unilocular hypodense cystic mass originating from the adductor muscles and extending through the subcutaneous tissue without bony relations. On magnetic resonance imaging, the cystic mass was hypointense on T1 and hyperintense on T2-weighted images.

We report on a 29-year-old woman with severe hemolytic anemia following mitral valve annuloplasty. Although hemolysis due to mechanical prosthetic mitral valve is well recognized, hemolytic anemia associated with mitral valve repair is an uncommon condition. Reoperation may be considered if the patient has serious and persistent anemia.

Aim Of The Study: To evaluate the pathologic results, determine the negative predictive value of non-palpable probably benign lesions at ultrasound and asses whether follow-up is adequate and immediate biopsy can be avoided.
Materials And Methods: Four hundred and eight cases which were referred to our breast imaging unit between 2004 and 2008 for biopsy evaluation were enrolled into the study. Two hundred and thirteen probably benign solid masses are classified as BI-RADS 3 in 205 of the enrollees.
