Objective: Analysis of the effectiveness of the use of the drug Cytoflavin and the organization of the activities of nursing staff, within the framework of nursing care, in the complex therapy of patients with spinal cord injury (PSMT).

Material And Methods: Material and methods. 40 patients with PSMT due to a gunshot wound were examined, who were divided into two equal groups depending on the type of therapy performed: group 1 patients received the full volume of stage I medical rehabilitation (with additional use of neurodevelopmental techniques under the supervision of a Bobata department nurse) and standard drug therapy, including a course of intravenous Cytoflavin infusions followed by tablet form; group 2 patients received the full volume of stage I medical rehabilitation and standard drug therapy, but did not receive Cytoflavin.

Furthermore, there is a lack of research on the effects of caffeine on key measures of load tolerance in football such as delayed-onset muscle soreness (DOMS), rate of perceived exertion (RPE) and heart rate (HR) at different time points after the exercise.

Introduction: Recurrence of non-muscle-invasive bladder cancer (NMIBC) occurs in 70% of cases, and the risk of progression to muscle-invasive bladder cancer is 20%. The accessibility of medical care plays important role in ensuring basic human needs and means unimpeded access to all services in national health care system. It is conditioned by: balance of necessary volumes of medical care of population, national medical and financial resources, availability and qualification of medical personnel, rendering of necessary types of medical care in territories, possibility of patient free choice of physician in charge and medical organization, available transport possibilities, level of public education on health promotion and diseases prevention. The availability of radiotherapy, as an integral part of oncological care, is determined by possibility of its timely delivery to all patients and is conditioned by total number of oncological centers equipped with radiotherapy equipment and qualified specialists.

We developed a novel model of SARS-CoV-2 infection of lung explants, that maintains the intact tissue composition and the viral load for up to 7-10 days. Using this model, we studied cytokine production during SARS-CoV-2 infection.
