Synthesis of cerium yldiide complexes and their reactivity with CO is demonstrated. In the case of the sulphur-tethered yldiide, the ketenyl complex is formed with release of PPh, while PhPCCO is formed along with a sulfinato ligand in the case of the tosyl-substituted yldiide. Computational analysis shows that this diverging reactivity is due to the stability of the two isomers in the first step of each mechanism.

Importance: Early administration of supplemental oxygen for all severely injured trauma patients is recommended, but liberal oxygen treatment has been associated with increased risk of death and respiratory complications.

Objective: To determine whether an early 8-hour restrictive oxygen strategy compared with a liberal oxygen strategy in adult trauma patients would reduce death and/or major respiratory complications.

Here we show that branched organoids embedded in collagen gels can recapitulate the phenotypic landscape seen in murine and human PDAC, that the pronounced molecular and morphological intratumoural and intertumoural heterogeneity of organoids is governed by defined transcriptional programmes (notably, epithelial-to-mesenchymal plasticity), and that different organoid phenotypes represent distinct tumour-cell states with unique biological features in vivo.

We define a Kripke semantics for a conditional logic based on the propositional logic , the paraconsistent variant of Nelson's logic of strong negation; we axiomatize the minimal system induced by this semantics. The resulting logic, which we call , shows strong connections both with the basic intuitionistic logic of conditionals introduced earlier in (Olkhovikov, 2023) and with the -based modal logic introduced in (Odintsov and Wansing, 2004) as one of the possible counterparts to the classical modal system . We map these connections by looking into the embeddings which obtain between the aforementioned systems.
