Introduction: An organisation's ability to learn and adapt is key to its long-term performance and success. Although calls to improve learning within and across health organisations and systems have increased in recent years, global health is lagging behind other sectors in attention to learning, and applications of conceptual models for organisational learning to this field are needed. LEVERAGING THE 4I FRAMEWORK: This article proposes modifications to the 4I framework for organisational learning (which outlines the processes of intuition, interpretation, integration and institutionalisation) to guide the creation, retention and exchange of knowledge within and across global health organisations.

Families experiencing economic hardship may also experience food insecurity, which can impact child development and responsive feeding, an important target for obesity prevention in early life. The Family Stress Model suggests that stress, particularly economic hardship, can negatively impact parents' mental health, parenting, and quality of family relationships.

Laparoscopic-Guided Transversus Abdominis Plane (TAP) Block Combined with Port-Site Infiltration (PSI) for Laparoscopic Sleeve Gastrectomy in an ERABS Pathway: A Randomized, Prospective, Double-Blind, Placebo-Controlled Trial.

We investigate for the first time the compatibility of nanovials with microfluidic impedance cytometry (MIC). Nanovials are suspendable crescent-shaped single-cell microcarriers that enable specific cell adhesion, the creation of compartments for undisturbed cell growth and secretion, as well as protection against wall shear stress. MIC is a label-free single-cell technique that characterizes flowing cells based on their electrical fingerprints and it is especially targeted to cells that are naturally in suspension.
