Background: Most of the traditional nanocarriers of cancer therapeutic moieties present dose-related toxicities due to the uptake of chemotherapeutic agents in normal body cells. The severe life-threatening effects of systemic chemotherapy are well documented. Doxorubicin, DOX is the most effective antineoplastic agent but with the least specific action that is responsible for severe cardiotoxicity and myelosuppression that necessitates careful monitoring while administering.

Alzheimer's disease (AD) is the most common cause of dementia and cognitive impairment; yet, there is currently no treatment. A buildup of Aβ, tau protein phosphorylation, oxidative stress, and inflammation in AD is pathogenic. The accumulation of amyloid-beta (Aβ) peptides in these neurocognitive areas is a significant characteristic of the disease.

Complex pythagorean fuzzy aggregation operators based on confidence levels and their applications.

Math Biosci Eng

January 2022

Information and Communication Engineering Technology, School of Engineering Technology and Applied Science, Centennial College, Toronto, Canada.

The most important influence of this assessment is to analyze some new operational laws based on confidential levels (CLs) for complex Pythagorean fuzzy (CPF) settings. Moreover, to demonstrate the closeness between finite numbers of alternatives, the conception of confidence CPF weighted averaging (CCPFWA), confidence CPF ordered weighted averaging (CCPFOWA), confidence CPF weighted geometric (CCPFWG), and confidence CPF ordered weighted geometric (CCPFOWG) operators are invented. Several significant features of the invented works are also diagnosed.

A review on two-dimensional (2D) perovskite material-based solar cells to enhance the power conversion efficiency.

Dalton Trans

January 2022

Department of Physics & Astronomy and Graphene Research Institute, Sejong University, 209 Neungdong-ro, Gwangjin-Gu, Seoul 05006, South Korea.

With perovskite materials, rapid progress in power conversion efficiency (PCE) to reach 25% has gained a significant amount of attention from the solar cell industry. Since the development of solid-state perovskite solar cells, rapid research development and investigation on structure design, device fabrication and fundamental studies have contributed to solid-state perovskite solar cells to be a strong candidate for next-generation solar energy. The promising efficiency with low-cost materials is the key point over the other material-based solar cells.

An IoMT-Enabled Smart Healthcare Model to Monitor Elderly People Using Machine Learning Technique.

Comput Intell Neurosci

December 2021

Pattern Recognition and Machine Learning Lab, Department of Software, Gachon University, Seongnam Gyeonggido 13120, Republic of Korea.

The Internet of Medical Things (IoMT) enables digital devices to gather, infer, and broadcast health data via the cloud platform. The phenomenal growth of the IoMT is fueled by many factors, including the widespread and growing availability of wearables and the ever-decreasing cost of sensor-based technology. The cost of related healthcare will rise as the global population of elderly people grows in parallel with an overall life expectancy that demands affordable healthcare services, solutions, and developments.

This study explores the impact of fiscal policy on environmental pollution, employing the vector autoregressive (VAR) model on annual data from 1976 to 2018 in Pakistan. We estimate the effect of total expenditure, total revenue, education expenditures, health expenditures, and other dynamic determinants such as gross domestic product (GDP), private investment, market rate, and crude oil price on carbon dioxide (CO) emissions in particular. Further, this study creates impulse response functions to check the fiscal shocks, coordinating with five scenarios of public expenditures, segregated into government revenue, and education and health expenditures.
