This article presents a case of successful treatment of inoperable gastric cancer with impaired mismatched nucleotide repair system (dMMR/MSI-H) in a 72-year-old patient. Determination the activity of the genes of sirtuin-1, hyaluronidase, TGF-β cytokine, calreticulin in the process of replicative aging of human fibroblasts in vitro and the effect of hyaluronan preparations with gold nanoparticles on the activity of replicative cell aging. Compared the expression of proteins of the studied genes using specific markers at 7 and 14 passages of cultivation of fibroblasts isolated from human skin, without drugs and in the presence of drugs in the growth medium. This work shows a decrease in the activity of the sirtuin 1 gene and an increase in the expression of hyaluronidase in the process of replicative aging of human fibroblasts.

In this work, we discuss an opportunity to use a set of the matrix metalloproteinases MMP-1, MMP-8, and MMP-9 and the tissue inhibitor TIMP, the concentrations of which can be easily obtained via a blood test from patients suffering from tuberculosis, as the biomarker for a fast diagnosis of the drug resistance status of . The diagnostic approach is based on machine learning with the CatBoost system, which has been supplied with additional postprocessing. The latter refers not only to the simple probabilities of ML-predicted outcomes but also to the decision tree-like procedure, which takes into account the presence of strict zeros in the primary set of probabilities.
