This work is devoted to the creation of biocompatible fibrous materials with a high antimicrobial effect based on poly-3-hydroxybutyrate (PHB) and chlorophyll (Chl). The data obtained show the possibility of obtaining fibrous materials from PHB and Chl by electrospinning methods. The obtained electrospun matrices were investigated by the SEM, DSC and FTIR methods.

The pS273R protease of the African swine fever virus (ASFV) is responsible for the processing of the viral polyproteins pp220 and pp62, precursors of the internal capsid of the virus. The protease is essential for a productive viral infection and is an attractive target for antiviral therapy. This work presents a method for the production of pS273R in E.

The replication cycle proceeds in two phases, the early phase lasting 4-6 hours and the late 8-20 hours after infection. The adaptation of the ASF virus to growth in continuous cell lines makes efficient and reliable genetic analysis and more accurate interpretation of its results.

Antibodies to major capsid protein (Vp60) are protective. The aim of the work ‒ is an evaluation of antigenic and immunogenic activity of virus-like particles (VLPs) based on recombinant major capsid proteins of both genotypes of rabbit hemorrhagic disease virus (RHDV) (recVP60-GI1 and recVP60-GI2).

Scrub typhus is an under diagnosed re-emerging vector borne disease caused by an intracellular gram negative bacteria, Orientia. The disease is commonly prevalent in rural and hilly areas of Tsutsugumashi triangle. The diagnosis of the disease is very challenging due to similarity of its early symptoms with other febrile illnesses, like dengue and COVID 19, as well as non-availability of rapid, reliable and cost-effective methods.

The unique nature of the ASF virus (ASFV) determines some limitations and the complexity of solving the problem of vaccine development. Such situation stimulated the development of highly specific diagnostic methods for rapid and accurate detection of the ASFV.

Species of the genus are ubiquitous and frequently isolated from various plants, including crops. There are two phylogenetically and morphologically close sections: the relatively well-known and the rarely mentioned . Currently, the latter includes at least seven species that are less studied and sometimes misidentified.

For the first time, based on complex research, a zoo technical justification for the use of PS-2 and PS-4 biostimulators in the technology of calf raising in individual boxes and pavilions is given to activate the body's adaptogenesis to cold and implement the productive qualities of young stock during rearing and fattening in typical premises. Intramuscular injection of PS-2 (polysaccharide complex of yeast cells immobilized in an agar gel by adding a benzimidazole derivative) and PS-4 (similar to PS-2 plus antibiotic of the cephalosporin) to calves in a dose of 3 ml at 2-3 and 7-9 days of life stimulates their growth and development during the raising, rearing, and fattening periods, thereby reducing the incidence of diseases. By the end of the growing, rearing, and fattening periods, the animals of the 1 and 2 experimental groups outnumbered their control peers by 7.

However, it is not yet clear what happens to this subpopulation of B cells in the early period of infection of animals.
Purpose: Quantitative characterization of IgM+ and CD5+ B cells during the immune response, which can provide important information on the mechanisms of lymphocyte priming in BLV infection.
