Here, we investigated whether a mixture of and (1:3, KGC01CE) could suppress muscle atrophy in HO-induced C2C12 cells and dexamethasone-injected mice. Our results revealed that KGC01CE effectively safeguarded against HO-induced muscle atrophy in C2C12 cells compared with the same mixture at other ratios. We demonstrated that dexamethasone elicited oxidative stress in muscle tissue and decreased the grip strength and cross-sectional areas of muscle fibers; however, oral administration of KGC01CE (1:3) suppressed these dexamethasone-induced changes.

This study aimed to investigate the effects of fluconazole, a moderate inhibitor of CYP2C9 and CYP3A4, on the pharmacokinetics of celecoxib and its carboxylic acid metabolite in different CYP2C9 genotypes. A total of thirty-nine healthy Korean male volunteers were divided into three different CYP2C9 genotype groups (CYP2C9*1/*1, *1/*3 and *3/*3 genotypes) and were enrolled in the celecoxib alone trial, celecoxib with fluconazole trial, or both. This study investigated the relationships among exposure to risky online content, moral disengagement, media literacy, and cyberaggression in adolescents (aged 13-15 years). Data were obtained from the 2021 Cyber Violence Survey (N = 3,002) conducted by a national agency in the Republic of Korea using systematic stratified sampling.
