In the Central Denmark Region, epilepsy outpatients can participate in remote PRO-based follow-up by completing a questionnaire at home instead of attending a traditional outpatient appointment. This approach aims to encourage patient engagement and is used in approximately half of all epilepsy outpatient consultations.

Aims: To assess diabetes-related emotional distress (DD) in emerging adults with type 1 diabetes (T1D) and assess a group-based intervention's impact.
Methods: To investigate DD we used data from the Problem Areas in Diabetes Questionnaire comprising 20 items (PAID-20). Furthermore, changes in the WHO Well-Being Index comprising five items (WHO-5) and glycated haemoglobin (HbA1c) were analysed.

Background: Pain in multiple body sites is common and often persistent. The purpose of this prospective study was to examine the change in the number of pain sites (NPS) over time and to evaluate to which extent clinical, demographic, lifestyle and health-related factors predict a change in NPS.
Methods: This was a population-based longitudinal cohort study of adults (n = 2,357).
Objectives: This systematic review evaluated the safety and efficacy of blood flow restriction exercise (BFRE) on skeletal muscle size, strength, and functional performance in individuals with neurological disorders (ND).
Methods: A literature search was performed in PubMed, CINAHL, and Embase. Two researchers independently assessed eligibility and performed data extraction and quality assessments.

Objective: This scoping review explores the characteristics of a meaningful life appraised by adults living with an acquired neurological impairment.
Introduction: Limitations in function, activity or participation following a neurological injury or disease imposes comprehensive changes on the every-day life of the affected person and close relatives. Including patients' perception of a meaningful life is pivotal to facilitate motivation and individualize rehabilitation efforts to address the patients' wishes, hopes, needs, and preferences.

Context: Cholesterol carried in lipoprotein(a) adds to measured low-density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C) and may therefore drive some diagnoses of clinical familial hypercholesterolemia (FH).
Objective: We investigated plasma lipoprotein(a) in individuals referred to Danish lipid clinics and evaluated the effect of plasma lipoprotein(a) on a diagnosis of FH.
Methods: Individuals referred to 15 Danish lipid clinics who were suspected of having FH according to nationwide referral criteria were recruited between September 1, 2020 and November 30, 2021.

Aim: To evaluate the effect of a shoulder exoskeleton on muscle activity and to compare the effect with a lifting glove among slaughterhouse workers in occupational settings.
Materials And Methods: We conducted a crossover study of 26 workers measured during two work days with and without the use of a passive shoulder exoskeleton and a lifting glove at a Danish slaughterhouse. Electromyography sensors were placed bilateral on 5 shoulder muscles.
