Subsequently, each member of the Expert Group of Spondyloarthritis at the Association of Rheumatologists of Russia (ExSpA) presented by its own definition of the designated term or agreed with the previous term.

The rats with injection of Aβ1-42 or Aβ25-35 peptides, or ibotenic acid, or streptozotocin as well as the natural line of mice SAMP8 with the phenotype of accelerated aging and other were used as the experimental models of Alzheimer`s disease. Various neurobiological effects of various herbal decoctions in the cells of hippocampus were demonstrated - the inhibition of amyloid β peptides aggregation, increasing of neurons quantity with normal morphology and decreasing of apoptotic cells, decreasing of inducible nitric oxide synthase (iNOS) production, decreasing of reactive expression level of RAGE and increasing reactive expression level of LRP-1, decreasing of tau protein phosphorylation at Thr231 and Ser422, inhibition of expression of GSK-3β and CDK-5, decreasing of activation and inflammation of microglia, production of 15 types of N-glycans in the cerebral cortex layers, which are absent in experimental animals.

The article discusses pathogenesis and treatment of COVID-19. The authors presented state-of-the-art insight into hemostatic disorders in patients with COVID-19 and clinical recommendations on prevention of thrombosis and thromboembolism in patients infected with SARS-CoV-2. The article discussed in detail a new hypothesis proposed by Chinese physicians about a new component in the pathogenesis of COVID-19, namely, about the effect of SARS-CoV-2 virus on the hemoglobin beta-chain and the formation of a complex with porphyrin, which results in displacement of the iron ion.

Increase of the frequency of soft tissues pyoinflammatory diseases and purulent-septic complications against the background the antibiotic-resistance of organism dictates the necessity of search of rational new surgical technologies and preparations with the intense bactericidal effect. Period of the connective tissue (cicatrix) formation on a place of wound defect of the operated purulent abscess of soft tissue (PAST) is defined by the speed of the granulations and epithelial tissue formation. Therefore, one of the task of experimental surgery is search of new methods of the effective postoperative influence on terms of the regeneration and complete obliteration of the PAST cavity.

Purpose Of The Study: Analyze the parameters of the interaction between the left ventricle and the arterial system in patients with chronic forms of coronary heart disease and to identify relationships with levels of proadrenomedullin (MR‑proADM) and N‑terminal precursor of the brain natriuretic peptide B (NT‑proBNP).

Materials And Methods: 240 patients with chronic forms of coronary heart disease (median - 55,9 [43; 63] years) and Q‑forming myocardial infarction in the past were examined. Of these, 110 patients with myocardial infarction and preserved lef ventricular ejection fraction and 130 patients with ischemic cardiomyopathy.

[Agomelatine in the treatment of major depressive disorder: assessment of the efficacy and tolerability].

Agomelatine is an antidepressant agent with an innovative unique pharmacodynamic profile, including melatonergic receptor agonism (MT1 / MT2) and antagonistic effects on serotonergic 5-HT2C receptors. According to the results of meta-analyzes of clinical studies of the acute phase of a major depressive disorder, the antidepressant effect of agomelatine itself is significantly higher than that of placebo, but somewhat inferior to a number of other antidepressants (especially SSRIs and venlafaxine). To date, there is some uncertainty regarding the efficacy of agomelatine for the prevention of recurrence of MDD and its hepatotoxicity profile.

[Selenium compounds in redox regulation of inflammation and apoptosis].

Particularities of Bone Regeneration in Rats after Implantation of Polycaprolactone Scaffold Mineralized with Vaterite with Adsorbed Tannic Acid.

We studied the particularities of osteo- and angiogenesis in albino rats after implantation of polycaprolactone scaffolds mineralized with vaterite with adsorbed tannic acid in the femoral bone defect. It was found that the processes of angio- and osteogenesis in the bone tissue after scaffolds implantation depend on their biocompatibility. Implantation of non-biocompatible scaffolds was followed by activation of angio- and osteogenesis aimed at separation of these scaffold from surrounding tissues.

Materials And Methods: The study included 108 patients: 37 patients with COPD and CAD and 71 patients with COPD without CAD. Endothelial function was studied in tests with reactive hyperemia and nitroglycerin.

It is established that students of elder adolescent age are cooperated on the basis of particular life-style, characterized by long duration of using computer, low motional activity, wide prevalence of bad habits, deficiency of basic nutrients in diet. The study established high indices of personal and reactive anxiety among school children as compared with students of technical school.

[Circadian rhythms of thyroid hormones in patients with ischemic heart disease, arterial hypertension, and atrial fibrillation].

Aim: To evaluate the interrelationship between diurnal changes in thyrotropic hormone (TTH), free triiodothyronine (FT3), and clinical features of IHD in combination with AH and atrial fibrillation (AF).

Materials And Methods: Levels of TTH, FT3, and plasma cortisol were measured in 133 patients with IHD and AH with or without paroxysmal AF. The studied indexes included duration of IHD, AH, and AF; presence or absence of AF and AH; incidence rate of AF episodes per week; severity of exertional angina; systolic and diastolic BP; and EchoCG data.

An evaluation of clinical trials, meta-analysis, case-reports and reviews assessing the management of different conditions related to ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome was made using the following data sources: MEDLINE Pubmed (from 1966 to July 2018) and the Cochrane Controlled Clinical Trials Register, Embase (up to July 2018). The role of intra-abdominal hypertension in the development of the severe forms of ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome and its complicated outcomes was assessed.

The purpose of study is to determine the degree, determinants of manifestation and means of management of level of in-depth motivation of activities (work) and its outcomes in different professional groups of personnel of medical organization. The study was carried out on the basis of 6 military hospitals using technique of continuous anonymous questionnaire survey of sampling of 583 respondents.

The objective of the present study was to elucidate the influence of the age of the child, its location in the passenger compartment of the vehicle, and the application of the safety seat belts on the frequency of the injuries inflicted to the children involved in the motor vehicle traffic accidents. The analysis of the relevant clinical materials has demonstrated the non-uniform influence of the factors being evaluated on the specific features of the injuries to the different parts of the children's body. The age of the child was found to have the most pronounced effect on the character of the injuries.

Comorbidities in inflammatory joint and spine diseases in XXI century.

Aim: The evaluation the occurrence of comorbidities in patients with inflammatory diseases of the spine and joints and the assessment of the general changes in comorbidities at the beginning of the XXI century compared to previous period.

Materials And Methods: Comorbidity was analyzed in 245 patients with spondyloarthritis who participated in the scientific program PROGRESS. Validated comorbidity assessment indices were used in the study.

European Registry on the management of Helicobacter pylori infection (Hp-EuReg): analysis of 2360 patients receiving first-line therapy in Russia.

Aim: European Registry on the management of Helicobacter pylori infection («Hp-EuReg») - a multicenter prospective observational study initiated by the European Helicobacter and Microbiota Study Group, conducted in 27 European countries in order to evaluate the real clinical practice of diagnosis and treatment of H. pylori and its comparison with international recommendations.
