Background And Objectives: Researchers have recently focused on the biological and synthetic effects of 1, 2, and 4-triazole fused heterocyclic molecules because they have tremendous medicinal value. The objective of the present study was to carry out the 3D QSAR evaluation on the substituted 1,2, and 4 triazole derivatives for anticancer potential using k-Nearest Neighbor-Molecular Field Analysis (kNN-MFA) method.
Methods: Using the molecular design suite, a three-dimensional quantitative structure-activity relationship (3D-QSAR) analysis was undertaken on a series of 4-amino-5-(pyridin3yl)-4H-1, 2, and 4-triazole-3-thiol anticancer drugs (Vlife MDS).

The current research aims to develop and evaluate chitosan-PLGA biocomposite scaffolds in combination with quercetin liposomes to accomplish the desired impact in oral lesions where pharmacotherapeutic agent treatment through circulation could only reach the low content at the target. Optimization of quercetin-loaded liposomes was carried out using 3 factorial design. The preparation of porous scaffolds comprising produced quercetin-loaded liposomes by thin-film method was carried out in the current study using a unique strategy combining solvent casting and gas foaming procedures.

The main objectives of the present work are to determine the clinical effect of niranthin on visceral or somatic inflammatory pain. The study was performed to determine the effects of niranthin on visceral or somatic inflammatory hypersensitivity of adult Swiss albino mice by using complete Freund's adjuvant (CFA) induced pain model. The effect of CFA injection was determined after 24 hours of injection by using an aesthesiometer such as Von Frey filaments to evaluate tactile acetone-evoked cooling and thermal sensitivity.

The study of inflammatory pain has been one of the most rapidly advancing and expanding areas of pain research in recent years. Studies from our lab have demonstrated the chronic pain-modulating potential of the Phyllanthus species and their probable interaction with various inflammatory mediators involving enzymes like COX-2 and PGE synthase, cytokines like TNF-alpha and IL-1 beta, and with the NMDA receptor. Inflammatory mediators which play a crucial role in chronic inflammatory hyperalgesia and its subsequent modulation were selected for their interactions with 86 structurally diverse phytoconstituents identified from the Phyllanthus species.
