Purpose: To classify the anatomic types of the right internal spermatic vein (ISV).
Methods: We evaluated venograms obtained in 150 consecutive patients with idiopathic varicocele referred for transfemoral sclerotherapy.
Results: Six anatomic types of the right internal spermatic vein (ISV) were recognized.
