The present study investigated the incremental validity of the ADHD dimensions of inattention (IA), hyperactivity (HY), and impulsivity (IM) in the predictions of emotion symptoms (ESs), conduct problems (CPs), and peer problems (PPs) in adolescents based on parent, teacher, and self- ratings. Commercial grease interceptors (GIs), commonly used in food service establishments, are primarily designed to treat fat, oil and grease (FOG) from handwash sink (HS) wastewater. The aging population is stimulating increased demand for dysphagia-oriented foods, yet most current options are made of ultra-processed macronutrients and lack high-quality protein and ω-3 fatty acids. This study explores the use of whole salmon fillets as a myofibrillar protein source to stabilize salmon backbone oil, creating ω-3-rich emulsion gels (50-60 vol%) for dysphasia individuals. Two-step high-pressure homogenization (HPH; 50 MPa) improved emulsion texture, storage stability, and swallowability (IDDSI level 4) by reducing oil droplet size (from 20 to 2 μm) and increasing elastic modulus by 6-8 times and viscosity by more than 10 times.

Understanding of the structure and interfacial merits that reactive metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) undergo is critical for constructing efficient catalysts for non-thermal plasma-assisted conversion of greenhouse gases. Herein, we proposed a free-standing bimetallic (Co/Ni) MOFs supported on bacterial cellulose (BC) foams (Co/Ni-MOF@BC) toward the coaxial dielectric barrier discharge (DBD) plasma-catalytic system, of which the Co/Ni ions coordination demonstrated an intriguing textual uplifting of the malleable BC nanofiber network with abundant pores up to micrometer-scale, which could impart a more intensive predominant filamentary microdischarge current to 180 mA with stronger plasma-catalytic interaction. Remarkably, compared to the monometallic MOF@BC foams, this bimetallic Co/Ni-MOF@BC also delivered a substantially improved alkaline absorption ability as further confirmed by the CO- temperature-programmed desorption (TPD) result.
