Objective: Although meteorological factors are connected with severe fever with thrombocytopenia syndrome (SFTS) incidence, available findings have been inconsistent. This study was performed to systematically evaluate the correlation between meteorological factors and SFTS incidence.

Methods: We performed a thorough literature search in PubMed, Web of Science, Embase, Cochrane Library, and Chinese databases from databases initiatives to November 30, 2024.

Methods: Multilevel linear regression models assessed changes in fruit and vegetable intake, sleep duration, and physical activity among 3,302 UK Household Longitudinal Study (UKHLS) participants aged 16-30 years, who started work for the first time between 2015 and 2023.

Objectives: This study aims to develop and validate nomograms that utilize morphological and radiomics features derived from computed tomography enterography (CTE) to evaluate inflammatory activity in patients with ileocolonic Crohn's disease (CD).

Methods: A total of 54 CD patients (237 bowel segments) with clinically confirmed CD were retrospectively analyzed. The Simple Endoscopic Score for Crohn's Disease (SES-CD) was used as a reference standard to quantify the degree of mucosal inflammation and assess disease severity.

Background: A vast amount of potentially useful information such as description of patient symptoms, family, and social history is recorded as free-text notes in electronic health records (EHRs) but is difficult to reliably extract at scale, limiting their utility in research. This study aims to assess whether an "out of the box" implementation of open-source large language models (LLMs) without any fine-tuning can accurately extract social determinants of health (SDoH) data from free-text clinical notes.

In particular, the paper addresses the diagnostic algorithm to be applied in prenatal follow-up depending on the type of PGT performed, the results obtained and the related diagnostic value based on the most recent literature data and Italian and international recommendations.
