Cyano tends to have better biological activity, but it is rarely reported in natural products, especially in the C-diterpene alkaloids. Herein, three unprecedented C-diterpenoid alkaloids, brunonianines A-C (1-3), possessing rare cyano functional group as well as an atisine backbone constructed from a phenethyl substituent and a tetrahydropyran ring, along with four C-alkaloids (4-7) and one amide alkaloids (8), were isolated from the whole plant of Delphinium brunonianum Royle. Compounds 1-3 are also the first atisine type diterpenoid alkaloids with cyano group obtained from nature.

Because many existing algorithms are mainly trained based on the structural features of the networks, the results are more inclined to the structural commonality of the networks. These algorithms ignore the rich external information and node attributes (such as node text content, community and labels, ) that have important implications for network data analysis tasks. Existing network embedding algorithms considering text features usually regard the co-occurrence words in the node's text, or use an induced matrix completion algorithm to factorize the text feature matrix or the network structure feature matrix.

Currently, significant progress has been made in predicting brain age from structural Magnetic Resonance Imaging (sMRI) data using deep learning techniques. However, despite the valuable structural information they contain, the traditional engineering features known as anatomical features have been largely overlooked in this context. To address this issue, we propose an attention-based network design that integrates anatomical and deep convolutional features, leveraging an anatomical feature attention (AFA) module to effectively capture salient anatomical features.

Background: The common carp (Cyprinus carpio) might best represent the domesticated allopolyploid animals. Although subgenome divergence which is well-known to be a key to allopolyploid domestication has been comprehensively characterized in common carps, the link between genetic architecture underlying agronomic traits and subgenome divergence is unknown in the selective breeding of common carps globally.
Results: We utilized a comprehensive SNP dataset in 13 representative common carp strains worldwide to detect genome-wide genetic variations associated with scale reduction, vibrant skin color, and high growth rate in common carp domestication.

The soil carbon storage in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau wetlands is affected by microbiota and wetland types, but the response mechanisms of carbon sequestration microorganisms on the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau to different wetland types are still poorly described. To explore the differences in carbon sequestration microbial communities in different wetlands and the main influencing factors, this study took a marsh wetland, river source wetland and lakeside wetland of Qinghai Lake as the research objects and used high-throughput sequencing to study the functional gene, cbbL, of carbon sequestration microorganisms. The results showed that the dominant bacterial group of carbon sequestration microorganisms in marsh and river source wetlands was Proteobacteria, and the dominant bacterial group in the lakeside wetland was Cyanobacteria.

2D transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDs) have garnered significant interest as cathode materials for aqueous zinc-ion batteries (AZIBs) due to their open transport channels and abundant Zn intercalation sites. However, unmodified TMDs exhibit low electrochemical activity and poor kinetics owing to the high binding energy and large hydration radius of divalent Zn. To overcome these limitations, an interlayer engineering strategy is proposed where K is preintercalated into K-MoS nanosheets, which then undergo in situ growth on carbon nanospheres (denoted as K-MoS@C nanoflowers).

The emergence of deep learning has not only brought great changes in the field of image recognition, but also achieved excellent node classification performance in graph neural networks. However, the existing graph neural network framework often uses methods based on spatial domain or spectral domain to capture network structure features. This process captures the local structural characteristics of graph data, and the convolution process has a large amount of calculation.

Routing protocols based on trust mechanisms have been widely investigated for wireless sensor networks, and the works have achieved good results, while there are few works on trusted routing for underwater acoustic networks (UANs). However, trust-aware routing is the key to improving the packet delivery rate and the energy efficiency of UANs. Therefore, inspired by the theory of trust evaluation, a trust-aware and fuzzy logic-based reliable layering routing protocol (TAFLRLR) is proposed.

Background And Aims: Nitrogen (N) enrichment usually weakens the stabilizing effect of biodiversity on productivity. However, previous studies focused on plant species richness and thus largely ignored the potential contributions of plant functional traits to stability, even though evidence is increasing that functional traits are stronger predictors than species richness of ecosystem functions.
Methods: We conducted a common garden experiment manipulating plant species richness and N addition levels to quantify effects of N addition on relations between species richness and functional trait identity and diversity underpinning the 'fast-slow' economics spectrum and community stability.
