The corrosion of 316SS in contact with lead complicates the realization of high coolant temperature. To explore the corrosion behavior at high temperature, the corrosion test of 316SS was performed in liquid lead at a high temperature of 650 °C under Ar with oxygen levels of 10 wt% and 10 wt% by the static corrosion method. The mass changes after corrosion were determined; then, the corrosion depth and the oxide product formed were further characterized.

Sanjiangyuan National Park (SNP), the first national park in China, is one of the most important biodiversity conservation areas in the Sanjiangyuan National Nature Reserve (SNNR) and even the world. The threatened ungulates play an irreplaceable role in maintaining the ecosystem diversity and stability in SNNR. Here, based on 1434 occurrence records of six ungulates, the maximum entropy model, with two different strategies, was utilized to determine the priority reserves.

Local flexibility in a metal-organic framework is intriguing for reconstructing a microenvironment to distinguish different guest molecules by emphasizing their differences. Herein, guest-adaptive flexibility is observed in a metal-organic framework for efficiently discriminating aromatic isomers. Microcrystal electron diffraction directly reveals that the anthracene rings can rotate around the single bond with the adsorption of guest molecules.

This study aims to determine the impact of dietary energy levels on rumen microbial composition and its relationship to the quality of Black Tibetan sheep meat by applying metabolomics and Pearson's correlation analyses. For this purpose, UHPLC-QTOF-MS was used to identify the metabolome, whereas 16S rDNA sequencing was used to detect the rumen microbiota. Eventually, we observed that the high energy diet group (HS) improved the carcass quality of Black Tibetan sheep and fat deposition in the (LL) compared to the medium energy diet group (MS).

Tibetan medicine processing ensures the safety of clinical application of Tibetan medicine. It is of great significance to analyze the principles of Tibetan medicine processing in the development, inheritance, and innovation of Tibetan medicine. However, due to the late start of modern Tibetan medicine research and the disciplinary division, the current research on Tibetan medicine processing focuses on the exploration and collation of traditional techniques and the analysis of the processing mechanism of Tibetan medicine through chemical and pharmacological research, but its principles and traditional theories have been rarely reported.

Inhibition of the immune microenvironment is the main cause of tumor recurrence after surgery in patients with gastric cancer (GC). In this study, immunohistochemistry and multiple immunofluorescence staining were used to evaluate immunosuppressive indicators and immune biomarkers in 825 patients with gastric cancer from three centers. We constructed an immunosuppressive recurrence score (IRS) using LASSO Cox regression based on the expression of six immunosuppressive indicators and found that the IRS and IRS-based nomogram were significantly accurate and reliable in predicting recurrence.

A paraffin phase change material absorbed in a composite material of silicon carbide nanofibers and graphite fibers was prepared by vacuum impregnation to solve problems of current organic phase change materials, such as the low thermal response rate, low thermal conductivity, and high vulnerability to leakage. A composite material containing a phase change material as the scaffold combined with silicon carbide nanofibers is prepared by a simple vapor-solid reaction using industrially produced porous graphite felt as the raw material. The thermal conductivity of the composite phase change material is increased to 1.

A composite particle with hydrated alumina deposited on the surface of magnesium borate whisker (MBW@HA) was prepared following a chemical liquid deposition method. Subsequently, dodecyl dihydrogen phosphate (DDP) was grafted onto the surface of the composite particles to synthesize an inorganic-organic hybrid (MBW@HA-DDP). The structure, morphology, and composition of MBW@HA-DDP were well characterized.

A potentiometric sensor, based on the glassy carbon electrode (GCE) modified with a magnetic multi-walled carbon nanotubes/cesium ion-imprinted polymer composite (MMWCNTs@Cs-IIP), is introduced for the detection of cesium(i). The IIP was synthesized using cesium ions as the template ions, chitosan as the functional monomer and glutaraldehyde as the cross-linking agent. The membrane, which was coated on the surface of the GCE, was prepared using MMWCNTs@Cs(i)-IIP as the modifier, PVC as the neutral carrier, 2-nitrophenyloctyl ether as the plasticizer and sodium tetraphenylborate as the lipophilic salt.

Baimai is a complex of structure and function with the characteristics of wide distribution, complex structure, and multi-dimensional functions. Baimai, consisting of the channels in brain, the internal hidden channels connecting the viscera, and the external channels linking the limbs, governs the sensory, motor, and information transmission functions of human. According to Tibetan medicine, Baimai functions via "Long"(Qi) which moves in Baimai.

This study investigated the effect of salidroside on phenotypic transformation of rat pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells(PASMCs) induced by hypoxia. Rat pulmonary arteries were isolated by tissue digestion and PASMCs were cultured. The OD values of cells treated with salidroside at different concentrations for 48 hours were measured by cell counting kit-8(CCK-8) to determine the appropriate concentration range of salidroside.

This study aimed to explore the effects of different feeding regimes on muscle metabolism and its association with meat quality of Tibetan sheep through correlation analysis of meat quality and differential metabolites using untargeted and targeted metabolomics. The untargeted metabolome was detected by UHPLC-QTOF-MS, and the targeted metabolome was detected by UHPLC-QQQ-MS (amino acids) and GC-MS (fatty acids). Based on the researched results, the nutritional quality of meat, including the content of protein and fat and the edible quality of meat, including tenderness, water holding capacity (WHC), texture, and flavor of Tibetan sheep were superior in the stall-feeding group (GBZ) than in the traditional grazing group (CBZ).

How long-term N deposition, precipitation changes, and their interaction influence nitrous oxide (NO) emissions remains unknown, especially in the alpine steppes of the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau (QTP). To fill this knowledge gap, a platform of N addition (10 g m year) and altered precipitation (±50% precipitation) experiments was established in an alpine steppe of the QTP in 2013.

Plateau pikas () are regarded as one of the main causes of the degradation of alpine meadows in the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau (QTP). The population density of plateau pikas is directly related to the degree of grassland damage. In this study, field observation was conducted for one week in the southeastern QTP in August 2019.

The behavior characteristics and population density of this species are important in answering this question, but these traits have not been fully elucidated to date. Camera-capture methods have been used widely in recent years to characterize or calculate population density with the advantage of simple operation and nonintrusive investigation.

The aim of the present study was to examine changes in plant community structure and soil characteristics in a hummock-depression micro-topography along a degradation gradient. We observed that: (a) the height and cover of dominant hydrophytes decreased gradually with an increase in degradation severity, leading to replacement by xerophytes; (b) with the transition from healthy to degraded wetlands, hummocks became sparser, shorter, and broader and became merged with nearby depressions; water reserves in the depressions shifted from perennial to seasonal, until they dried out completely; and (c) soil moisture content, porosity, hardness, and organic matter gradually decreased by 30.

However, information on the effects of key plant traits and phylogenetic relatedness on seed germination is limited at large regional scales that vary in climate. To test the hypotheses that phylogenetic niche conservatism plays a critical force in shaping seed ecophysiological traits across species, and also drives their response to climatic fluctuation, we conducted a controlled experiment on seed germination and determined the percentage and rate of germination for 249 species in subtropical China under two temperature regimes (i.
