Aim: To investigate the prognostic value of pre-ablation stimulated thyroglobulin (ps-Tg) in children and adolescents with persistent differentiated thyroid cancer (DTC) following initial radioiodine therapy (RAI).
Materials & Methods: Patients were classified into "no clinical evidence of disease" (NED), "biochemical persistent disease" (BPD), and "structural/functional persistent disease" (S/FPD) groups, based on their therapeutic response to initial RAI. BPD patients were further categorized as incomplete response (IR) or Non-IR; S/FPD patients were categorized as remission or Non-remission.

Rationale: Nocardia is a conditionally pathogenic bacterium found in the natural environment and is an aerobic bacterium, which causes severe pneumonia relatively rarely. The diagnosis of primary Nocardia infection is always made late due to the nonspecific clinical presentation of patients with Nocardia infection and the time required for Nocardia culture. Due to its rarity and nonspecific clinical presentation, patient survival is often compromised due to misdiagnosis.

Aim: Conducted a one-day outpatient service for GDM patients, analyzed the relationship between stress adaptation disorder and insulin resistance in GDM patients after intervention, and tried to provide some new clues for the prevention and treatment of GDM, provide some theoretical basis for the multidisciplinary diagnosis and treatment model of GDM patients.
Methods: 240 GDM women were included in this study, 120 women were included in one-day diabetes clinic management for GDM women as GDM Intervention Group, and 120 GDM women receiving regular dietary education as GDM Control Group. One-day diabetes clinic management including disease knowledge and dietary education, sports education and blood sugar monitoring and personalized issues and follow-up visits, and intervention time lasting for 1 month.
