Background: Overweight women undergoing IVF treatment have lower success rates. Letrozole, an aromatase inhibitor, has been used as an adjunct for IVF treatment, but its specific effects in overweight women have not been investigated. This study was to explore the effects of letrozole co-treatment in an antagonist protocol for overweight infertile women undergoing IVF treatment.

Characteristics and prognostic significance of circRNA-100876 in patients with colorectal cancer.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to explore the correlation between circRNA-100876 and the clinicopathological parameters of patients with colorectal cancer (Cc).

Patients And Methods: Quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction (RT-qPCR) was applied to detect the circRNA-100876 expression in Cc tissues and cell lines. Overall survival analysis was carried out to explore the correlation between circRNA-100876 and the prognosis of Cc patients by Kaplan-Meier method and Log-rank method.

Myoepithelial carcinoma (MC), also known as malignant myoepithelial neoplasm, is more common in the parotid glands of the head and neck. The main clinical manifestation is the growth of a nonspecific, painless mass at the primary site. We report the first case of MC derived from the epididymis.

Records from 17,730 American patients with BCa and 158 Chinese patients with BCa were collected from the Surveillance, Epidemiology and End Results (SEER) and the Shanghai Tenth People's Hospital (China) databases, respectively.
