Introductions: The aim of this study was to demonstrate the impact of individualized nursing care on patient satisfaction and trust in nurses through structural equation modelling in patients receiving treatment in internal clinics.

Methods: The study is a descriptive, exploratory and cross-sectional research conducted with patients receiving treatment in the internal admission services of an educational research hospital between January and April 2023. According to sample calculations, it was determined that a minimum of 238 patients needed to be included in the study, and 286 patients who met the inclusion criteria and agreed to participate in the research formed the study sample.
