In recent years, the options for anticoagulant therapy have examined new direct oral anticoagulants (DOACs) comprising direct thrombin inhibitors (dabigatran) and direct factor Xa inhibitors (rivaroxaban, apixaban, and edoxaban). These agents represent further progress towards the ideal anticoagulant drug and thus towards a safe and effective antithrombotic therapy. The ideal anticoagulant is oral and has a wide therapeutic range, predictable pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics, a rapid onset of action, an available antidote, minimal side effects, and minimal interactions with other drugs or food.

We document the rare occurrence of multiple primary benign lesions that can occur in bilateral ovarian masses with benign imaging appearances and tumor markers. In addition, this case report contributes important information that may aid physicians in guiding their patients to make optimal clinical decisions together.

The present study has investigated the effects of mobile phone electromagnetic radiation (EMR) on fertility in rats. The purpose of this study was to explore the capability of polyphenolic-rich Moringa oleifera leaf extract in protecting rat testis against EMR-induced impairments based on evaluation of sperm count, viability, motility, sperm cell morphology, anti-oxidants (SOD & CAT), oxidative stress marker, testis tissue histopathology and PCNA immunohistochemistry. The sample consisted of sixty male Wistar rats which were divided into four equal groups.
