The increasing burden of cardiovascular disease (CVD) remains responsible for morbidity and mortality worldwide; their effective diagnostic or treatment methods are of great interest to researchers. The use of NPs and nanocarriers in cardiology has drawn much interest. The present comprehensive review provides deep insights into the use of current and innovative approaches in CVD diagnostics to offer practical ways to utilize nanotechnological interventions and the critical elements in the CVD diagnosis, associated risk factors, and management strategies of patients with chronic CVDs.

In this work, we have performed an investigation to increase our understanding of the motion of a hybrid nanofluid trapped inside a three-dimensional container. The room also includes a three-dimensional heated obstacle of an elliptic cross-section. The top wall of space is horizontally movable and adiabatic, while the lower part is zigzagged and thermally insulated as well.

We synthesized bioinspired sericin encapsulated gold nanoparticles (SGNPs) using HAuCl₄ as the starting material in a bottom-up approach. Further, two-dimensional (2D) and three-dimensional (3D) conformational changes (folding and unfolding) in sericin were studied using circular dichroism (CD) and fluorescence spectroscopy, respectively, during and after the synthesis of particles. Finally, the synthesized SGNPs were characterized using several physical techniques to ensure their correct synthesis and study the size, stability, and charge over the surface of particles.

Epithelial growth factor receptor (EGFR) is a cell surface transmembrane receptor that mediates the tyrosine signaling pathway to carry the extracellular messages inside the cell and thereby alter the function of nucleus. This leads to the generation of various protein products to up or downregulate the cellular function. It is encoded by cell erythroblastosis virus oncogene B1, so called C-erb B1/ERBB2/HER-2 gene that acts as a proto-oncogene.
