Introduction: This study aims to assess the proficiency level of digital skills, the factors influencing that level and the training needs of Therapeutic Radiographers/Radiation Therapists (TR/RTTs), due to the differences in technology availability and accessibility, variations in the regulation and education of TR/RTTs in European countries, and the lack of a digital skills framework.
Methods: An online survey was distributed to TR/RTTs working in Europe to capture their self-assessment of proficiency levels of digital skills when performing their clinical role. Information was also gathered regarding training, work experience and level of information and communication technology (ICT) skills.

Lung cancer is the second most common cancer in the world, being the first cause of cancer-related mortality. Surgery remains the only potentially curative treatment for Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC), but the recurrence risk remains high (30-55%) and Overall Survival (OS) is still lower than desirable (63% at 5 years), even with adjuvant treatment. Neoadjuvant treatment can be helpful and new therapies and pharmacologic associations are being studied.

A novel route is described to obtain 2-aminoimidazole azo dyes with a unique substituent pattern in the heteroaryl unit that provides halochromic properties, exhibiting vibrant colours that change from magenta to deep blue.
