Recent Advances in Face Lift to Achieve Facial Balance.

Introduction: Facial balance is achieved by correction of facial proportions and the facial contour. Ageing affects this balance in addition to other factors. We have strived to inform all the recent advances in providing this balance.

Rehabilitation content and clinical stroke subtype: a small observational study.

Purpose: The Oxford classification categorizes stroke according to clinical features. Differences in terms of mortality, institutionalisation, recurrence and achievement of mobility milestones have been demonstrated across clinical subtypes. This study aimed to describe differences in content of occupational therapy and physiotherapy activities, according to clinical stroke subtype.

Epidural analgesia: have we got it right?

Epidural infusions are being employed more frequently for postoperative and posttraumatic pain. This paper looks at the possible complications involved in the use of epidural analgesia. The evidence concerning possible causes of infection and abscess formation is discussed.
