Method: A national multicenter retrospective study was conducted, including all patients who received at least one dose of MEM-VAB between 20 July 2020, and 5 April 2022.

Introduction: The specificity of ultrasonography (US) for enthesitis in psoriatic arthritis (PsA) is unclear. The objective was to analyze the specificity of US enthesitis in Mode B and using Power Doppler (PD), for the diagnosis of PsA through a systematic review with meta-analysis.

Methods: Systematic review in PubMed 2010-June 2023, of studies of adult patients with confirmed PsA with or without a control group of non-PsA patients, reporting information on US enthesitis.

Methods: This study collected prospective and multicenter data from patients diagnosed with uveitis at three tertiary hospitals in Hanoi City, Vietnam, between January 2022 and January 2024. Data on age, sex, clinical and laboratory findings, and etiology were collected.

We stratified 264 INSIGHT-preAD study subjects in controls (Aβ-/N-), stable/N- or N + (Aβ +), and progressors/N- or N + (Aβ +) groups (progressors were included only until AD-diagnosis).

Radiobiology and modelling in Brachytherapy: A review inspired by the ESTRO Brachytherapy pre-meeting course.

Brachytherapy (BT) plays a key role in cancer treatment by delivering a high dose to a small volume over a short time. The use of BT is currently validated in a wide range of cancers such as cervical, prostate and breast cancers while being a favourable choice for organ preservation, such as in penile or rectal cancer, or in the setting of reirradiation. Consideration of the radiobiology of BT is integral to the choices made around dose and fractionation and combination with other techniques such as external beam radiotherapy (EBRT).

Purpose: The variation of lumbar lordosis between standing and supine position is poorly explored in literature. This study sought to analyze variation of lumbar regional angulations (RA) in healthy volunteers between standing and supine positions, according to pelvic incidence (PI).

Methods: This study included 171 patients who had an abdominal CT-scan in supine position and 879 healthy volunteers with full-body stereoradiographs.

Open surgical repair of an abdominal aortic aneurysm during the second trimester of pregnancy.

A 37-year-old obese woman, trigravida and secundiparous, at 17 weeks of gestation presented with acute abdominal pain. Doppler ultrasound examination showed an infrarenal abdominal aortic aneurysm measuring 61 mm in diameter and a computed tomography angiography outlined a fissured infrarenal aneurysm measuring 85 mm in diameter. To preserve the pregnancy, the obstetrician performed perioperative tocolysis.

Objective: Fine needle aspiration (FNA) cytological analysis fails to confirm the benignity or malignancy of Bethesda III, IV and V thyroid nodules. Introduction: We investigated the anatomical and functional results of vitrectomy associated with the peeling of secondary epiretinal membranes (ERM) in patients with retinal vein occlusion (RVO) and determined the prognostic factors of surgical outcomes.

Methods: This retrospective, multicenter, observational study included 50 patients with RVO who underwent vitrectomy with ERM removal between July 2012 and February 2021. Visual acuity (VA) and central macular thickness (CMT) were investigated up to 3 years.

Objective: Patients with psoriatic arthritis (PsA) in randomized controlled trials (RCTs) may not reflect patients with PsA in clinical practice. Our objective was to perform a metaanalysis comparing the characteristics of patients with PsA in RCTs of biologic disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs (bDMARDs) to patient profiles in a real-world study.

Methods: Data sources included (1) a scoping literature review of phase III RCTs of bDMARDs in PsA published between 2015 and 2020, and (2) an international observational study of patients with PsA starting a bDMARD enrolled between 2015 and 2018 (PsABio; ClinicalTrials.

Focal and Segmental Glomerulosclerosis in a Multiple Myeloma Patient After Belantamab Mafodotin Therapy and Severe COVID-19 Infection: A Case Report.

BACKGROUND Focal segmental glomerulosclerosis (FSGS) very rarely occurs in patients with multiple myeloma. Much more common are renal impairments secondary to monoclonal light-chain tubulopathy, AL amyloidosis, light-chain deposition disease, and the so-called monoclonal gammopathy of renal significance. CASE REPORT We report the case of a 79-year-old myeloma patient without noticeable medical problems but with a long history of myeloma treatment beginning 13 years ago.
