The article summarizes the results of our own scientific and practical research on biopuncture (or pharmacopuncture) - local stimulation of acupuncture points with small doses of drugs or other agents. The "object" of the work was dorsopathies at the lumbosacral level, the choice of which was explained by the widest coverage of the population, the protracted course and the severity of the consequences. In the course of the research, the addition and even potentiation of the reflex and drug links of the method under consideration was noted.

Clinical cases of three patients with neurogenic lower urinary tract dysfunction, complicated by chronic urinary tract infection are presented in the article. All patients underwent clean intermittent catheterization and, in order to prevent symptomatic lower urinary tract infections, received bacteriophage therapy with a clinically proven positive effect. The article presents a clinical example of the course of posttraumatic acute purulent sinusitis with reactive soft tissue phenomena due to the previous injury of the orbit by a foreign body, the introduction of the latter into orbit and the maxillary sinus result in a fracture of the lower wall of the orbit. A feature of the injury is the penetration of a foreign body through the conjunctiva of the lower eyelid and lower conjunctival fornix, without damaging the skin. The authors examined and operated on 64 patients with a diagnosis of cystic peritoneal cyst, with various concomitant diseases of the nose and SNP, in order to identify the peculiarities of the histological structure of cysts of percussion. In 18 patients, concomitant disease was allergic rhinitis, in patients with a violation of the aerodynamics of the nasal cavity, 14 patients with recurrent bacterial sinusitis. The article presents published and own data about Takotsubo syndrome, a relatively rare heart disease that is similar to acute coronary syndrome, but without significant damage of coronary arteries. The leading pathogenetic factor is the catecholamine-induced stress damage of myocardium with involvement of microvessels. There is a certain underestimation of Takotsubo syndrome by both clinicians and pathologists, so some cases of Takotsubo syndrome are misdiagnosed as acute coronary syndrome.
