This pressure can be approximated by the pressure difference across the aqueduct (ΔP). Currently, no dedicated platform exists for quantifying ΔP, and no research has been conducted on the impact of breathing on ΔP.

One of the major preventative measures developed against coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) was vaccines. To monitor their use and safety of vaccines from the first utilization in humans during clinical development phases to implementation for the general population, an enhanced national pharmacovigilance system was enabled by the French National Agency for Medicines and Health Products Safety in collaboration with the 30 Regional Pharmacovigilance Centres.

Laser interstitial thermal therapy for hypothalamic-hamartoma-related epilepsy: the long-term cognitive outcome of the first pediatric case in Europe.

Laser interstitial thermal therapy (LITT) is a minimally invasive surgical treatment for drug-resistant, focal epilepsies. With MRI guidance, LITT can also be used to treat hypothalamic hamartoma. Here, we report on the first European case of LITT for hypothalamic hamartoma.

Objective: In our study, we aim to explore the structural differences between the aortic root and the pulmonary artery to better understand the process of pulmonary autograft dilatation during the Ross procedure.

Materials And Methods: We studied twenty human fetuses (aged 14-36 weeks of gestation) and four adults (one female and three males, aged 30-45 years, mean age = 37 ± 16 years). Samples of aortic root and pulmonary artery were obtained through dissection.

Within the EU and across all of Europe, differences in the nature and quality of OMFS training coexist. By implementing the highest possible standards of training, patient care can be improved.
