Aims: The aim of this non-systematic review was to provide a practical guide for clinicians on the evidence for central sensitisation in chronic osteoarthritis (OA) pain and how this pain mechanism can be addressed in terms of clinical diagnosis, investigation and treatment.
Methods: The authors undertook a non-systematic review of the literature including a MEDLINE search (search terms included central sensitisation, osteoarthritis, osteoarthrosis) for relevant and current clinical studies, systematic reviews and narrative reviews. Case reports, letters to the editor and similar literature sources were excluded.

Background: Arthroscopic anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstruction with patellar tendon graft has been considered to be the gold standard treatment of anterior cruciate ligament injuries. Much morbidity could occur after this graft was harvested, such as the patellar tendon length change and anterior knee pain. Insall-Salvati ratio is one of the tools to determine the patella tendon length.

Several cases with skull metastases hepatocellular carcinoma have so far been reported in the English literature. However, recurrent skull metastasis hepatocellular carcinoma at 2 month post operation after craniectomy and total tumor removal has never been published. We reported a 57-year-old Thai female presented with a recurrent enlarging painless left parieto-occipital skull mass after 2 month post operation which confirmed by Cranial computerized tomography (CT).

Objective: The purpose of this study was to evaluate the efficacy of alfacalcidol and calcium on the improvement of muscle strength in ambulatory elderly Thai women in age group of 65 or more who have hypovitaminosis D.
Material And Method: Seventy-two postmenopausal women age 65 years or more were enrolled to this study. Blood was collected from all participants for measured of 25(OH)D3, intact PTH and vitamin D receptor (VDR) genotypes.
