Introduction: Interproximal attachment has received much attention in modern periodontology because it is a key diagnostic and prognostic factor. Currently, we can find many articles with results of bare root coverage, but few data and studies that describe root closure and obtaining interproximal attachment at the same time.
Objectives: The purpose of this study is to introduce a double-layer tunnel surgical technique for gingival papilla reconstruction and regeneration of the supraalveolar interproximal attachment.

The proteome integral solubility alteration (PISA) assay is widely used for identifying drug targets, but it is labor-intensive and time-consuming and requires a substantial amount of biological sample. Aiming at enabling automation and greatly reducing the sample amount, we developed one-pot time-induced (OPTI)-PISA. Here, we demonstrate OPTI-PISA performance on identifying targets of multiple drugs in cell lysate and scaling down the sample amount to sub-microgram levels, making the PISA method suitable for NanoProteomics.

Myocardial edema is a common symptom of pathological processes in the heart, causing aggravation of cardiovascular diseases and leading to irreversible myocardial remodeling. Patient-based studies show that myocardial edema is associated with arrhythmias. Currently, there are no studies that have examined how edema may influence changes in calcium dynamics in the functional syncytium.

Many physical and chemical properties of solids, such as strength, plasticity, dispersibility, solubility and dissolution are determined by defects in the crystal structure. The aim of this work is to study in situ dynamic, dispersion, chemical, biological and surface properties of lacosamide powder after a complete cycle of mechanical loading by laser scattering, electron microscopy, FR-IR and biopharmaceutical approaches. The SLS method demonstrated the spontaneous tendency toward surface-energy reduction due to aggregation during micronisation.

Attention mechanism has recently gained immense importance in the natural language processing (NLP) world. This technique highlights parts of the input text that the NLP task (such as translation) must pay "attention" to. Inspired by this, some researchers have recently applied the NLP domain, based, attention mechanism techniques to predictive maintenance.

Forkhead box protein 3 (FoxP3) is a key transcription factor responsible for the development, maturation, and function of regulatory T cells (Tregs). The FoxP3 pre-mRNA is subject to alternative splicing, resulting in the translation of multiple splice variants. We have shown that Tregs from patients with amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS) have reduced expression of full-length (FL) FoxP3, while other truncated splice variants are expressed predominantly.

Ervin Bauer was Hungarian and Soviet scientist, who had a short, but bright and talented life. In 1935, working at the Institute of Experimental Medicine in the USSR, he published the book «Theoretical Biology», in which he proposed an idea of a special "non-equilibrium" state of living systems and the existence of internal machineries in the organism that work against thermodynamic equilibrium and increase the organism's capacity for work. Currently, this idea is called "the principle of sustainable non-equilibrium" or "Bauer's principle".

Myocardial edema is the excess accumulation of fluid in the myocardial interstitium or cardiac cells that develops due to changes in capillary permeability, loss of glycocalyx charge, imbalance in lymphatic drainage, or a combination of these factors. Today it is believed that this condition is not only a complication of cardiovascular diseases, but in itself causes aggravation of the disease and increases the risks of adverse outcomes. The study of molecular, genetic, and mechanical changes in the myocardium during edema may contribute to the development of new approaches to the diagnosis and treatment of this condition.
