State Key Laboratory of Pathogenesis, Prevention and Treatment of High Incidence Diseases in Central Asia, Clinical Medicine Institute, The First Affiliated Hospital of Xinjiang Medical University, Urumqi, China.

Introduction: AE and whether the inhibition of the MyD88 inflammatory pathway can enhance Ghrelin expression to collaboratively modulate AE progression remains unclear.

Methods: In this study, we evaluated Ghrelin serum levels and changes in TLR4/MyD88/NF-κB pathway proteins and inflammatory factors in AE patients and mouse models at different stages of infection (-4, -8, and -12 weeks). Additionally, we administered the MyD88 inhibitor TJ-M2010-5 intraperitoneally to infected mice to evaluate alterations in inflammation and Ghrelin levels, as well as disease progression.

Department of Rheumatology and Clinical Immunology, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences & Peking Union Medical College, National Clinical Research Center for Dermatologic and Immunologic Diseases (NCRC-DID), Ministry of Science & Technology, State Key Laboratory of Complex Severe and Rare Diseases, Peking Union Medical College Hospital (PUMCH), Key Laboratory of Rheumatology and Clinical Immunology, Ministry of Education, Beijing, China.

Objective: Patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) have an increased risk of venous thromboembolism (VTE). We conducted this study to develop a risk score algorithm for VTE in patients with SLE that provides individualised risk estimates.

Methods: We developed a clinical prediction model of VTE in 4502 patients with SLE based on the Chinese SLE Treatment and Research group cohort (CSTAR) from January 2009 to January 2020 and externally validated in 3780 patients with SLE in CSTAR from January 2020 to January 2022.

Electronic address:

Background: Takayasu arteritis (TAK) is a large-vessel vasculitis with high relapse rate. Longitudinal studies identifying risk factors of relapse are limited. We aimed to analyze the associated factors and develop a risk prediction model for relapse.

January 2021

Department of Rheumatology, State Key Laboratory of Complex Severe and Rare Diseases, National Clinical Research Center for Dermatologic and Immunologic Diseases (NCRC-DID), Key Laboratory of Rheumatology and Clinical Immunology, Peking Union Medical College Hospital, Chinese Academy of Medical Science and Peking Union Medical College, No. 1 Shuaifuyuan, Wangfujing Ave, Beijing, 100730, China.

Background: Scarring alopecia in systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE) patients caused reduced life quality and prolonged disease course. This case-control study aims to survey the prevalence of scarring alopecia during the disease course of SLE and evaluate the risk factors for scarring alopecia in Chinese SLE patients.

Methods: SLE patients in Chinese SLE treatment and Research group (CSTAR) were recruited.

Evaluation of 12 different assays for detecting ANCA in Chinese patients with GPA and MPA: a multicenter study in China.

December 2019

Department of Clinical Immunology, Branch of Immune Cell Biology, State Key Discipline of Cell Biology, PLA Specialized Research Institute of Rheumatology & Immunology, Xijing Hospital, Fourth Military Medical University, No. 127 West Changle Road, Xi'an, 710032, Shaanxi Province, China.

Objective: Due to lack of comprehensive evaluation for various detection methods for antineutrophil cytoplasmic antibody (ANCA) in Chinese population, we evaluate the diagnostic performance of 12 established analysis methods in Chinese patients having granulomatosis with polyangiitis (GPA) and microscopic polyangiitis (MPA).

Methods: Sera were collected from 209 patients with GPA or MPA and 243 diseases controls from 15 centers. Twelve different reagents were employed for C-ANCA, P-ANCA, myeloperoxidase (MPO)-ANCA, and proteinase 3(PR3)-ANCA detection.

Phospholipase C epsilon 1 (PLCE1) is a susceptibility gene in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC). Nevertheless, the role of PLCE1 in ESCC tumorigenesis has not been elucidated. In this study, we determined the function of PLCE1 and its regulatory microRNA (miRNA) in ESCC.

SLC39A6: a potential target for diagnosis and therapy of esophageal carcinoma.

J Transl Med

October 2015

Department of Pathology and Key Laboratory for Xinjiang Endemic and Ethnic Diseases, Shihezi University School of Medicine, North 4th Road, 832002, Shihezi, China.

Background: Esophageal squamous cell carcinoma (ESCC) is a highly lethal cancer, and its underlying molecular mechanisms are poorly understood. Recent large-scale genome-wide association studies in Chinese Han populations have identified an ESCC susceptibility locus within the SLC39A6 gene. Here, we sought to explore the expression and biological function of SLC39A6 in ESCC.

The myelodysplastic syndrome (MDS) is a group of hematopoietic stem cell-clonal disease. The International Prognostic Scoring System (IPSS) is mainly used for its prognostic classification, but still remains some unrepeatable results in the same group of patients with MDS. This study was aimed to compare the levels of peripheral blood mean corpuscular volume (MCV), serum lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), β2-microglobulin (β2-MG), ferroprotein (SF), Vit B12 in patients with MDS classified by IPSS and to explore the relationship between the prognosis and laboratory indexes above mentioned in MDS patients.

This study was purposed to explore the diagnostic role of flow cytometry in immunorelated pancytopenia (IRP). After 50 IRP patients were hospitalized, the concentration of serum ferritin, folic acid and vitamin B(12), immunologic test, platelet antibody, test of hepatitis A, B and C, haemolysis test and bone marrow smear examination were carried out, meanwhile the chromosome karyotype analysis and some routine examinations were performed. The 50 patients were divided into group A and group B.
