We investigated the molecular changes in fetoplacental blood vessel endothelial cells in gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM). Raw gene expression profile data of arterial and venous endothelial cells from GDM complicated pregnancies and healthy controls were downloaded and used for bioinformatic analysis.
