Purpose: Aimed to create a nomogram using clinical and eye-specific metrics to predict the efficacy of intravenous glucocorticoid (IVGC) therapy in patients with active and moderate-to-severe Thyroid-Associated Ophthalmopathy (TAO).
Methods: This study was conducted on 84 eyes from 42 moderate-to-severe TAO patients who received systemic IVGC therapy, and 42 eyes from 21 controls. Data were collected retrospectively from June 2020 to December 2021.

The anti-cancer activities of the compounds were evaluated against KYSE-150, KYSE-30, and KYSE-270 cell lines and also on investigated esophageal line HET 1 A as a standard. Modified inhibitory impact on enzymes of collagenase and elastase were used Thring and Moon methods, respectively. Among both compounds, both of them recorded impact on cancer cells being neutral against the control, both had IC50 lower than 100 µM and acted as a potential anticancer drug.

Objectives: To compare the clinical efficacy of unilateral and bilateral puncture PKP in the treatment of OVCFs and explored whether there is a difference in the efficacy of unilateral and bilateral puncture PKP after surgery.
Methods: A total of 98 patients with OVCFs treated by PKP from August 2016 to June 2018 were selected. There were 62 cases in the unilateral puncture group and 36 cases in the bilateral puncture group.
