Background: Whether therapeutic drug monitoring (TDM) of infliximab should be implemented in daily practice is an ongoing controversy.
Aims: To assess the real-world use of TDM in an observational multicentre cohort study with consecutive patients with inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) treated with CT-P13.
Methods: Between September 2015 and December 2016, 364 patients with IBD were treated with CT-P13 in 13 gastroenterology departments and were followed up for 54 weeks.

Unlabelled: Hepatitis C virus (HCV) infection is associated with lymphoproliferative disorders and B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphomas (B-NHLs). Evaluation of the efficacy and safety profiles of different antiviral therapies in HCV patients with B-NHL is warranted.
Methods: First, we evaluated the sustained virologic response (SVR) and safety of Peg-interferon-alpha (Peg-IFN) + ribavirin +/- first protease inhibitors (PI1s) therapy in 61 HCV patients with B-NHL enrolled in a nationwide observational survey compared with 94 matched HCV-infected controls without B-NHL.

Hepatitis C Virus (HCV) infection is associated with the B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphomas (NHL), preferentially marginal zone lymphomas (MZL) and diffuse large B-cell lymphomas (DLBCL). While chronic antigenic stimulation is a main determinant of lymphomagenesis in marginal zone lymphomas (MZL), a putative role of HCV infection of B-cells is supported by in vitro studies. We performed a pathological study within the "ANRS HC-13 LymphoC" observational study focusing on in situ expression of the oncogenic HCV non structural 3 (NS3) protein.

Purpose: Assessing functional outcome from patient-based outcomes questionnaires are essential to the evaluation of adolescent idiopathic scoliosis surgical treatment
Methods: At the minimum follow-up of 2 years, 45 operated on adolescent idiopathic scoliosis patients were mailed the French version of the Scoliosis Research Society Outcome Instrument (SRS-22) questionnaires containing items on pain, activities of daily living, and satisfaction.
Results: Mean values of the SRS-22 domains were 3,66 for the Pain domain, 3,85 for the Self-perceived image domain, 4,32 for the Function domain, 3,52 for the Mental health domain and 4,12 for the Global satisfaction with management domain. Mean value of the global SRS-22 score was 3,88.

The human beatbox is the art of reproducing all types of sounds with the mouth while 'adapting' them for better control. To understand how these 'voice virtuosos' juggle with so many different sounds--instrumental, rhythmic, and vocal--at the same time, we have performed a descriptive analysis of three beatboxers by observing their vocal tract behaviour by fiberscopic imaging using an OCM visual scale. From an anatomical-dynamic point of view, beatboxers mobilize all the structures of their laryngopharynx separately.

Patients with established rheumatoid arthritis (RA) may incur important resource utilisation and work productivity loss, resulting in high costs of illness. Impairment in physical function, which increases with disease duration, is the main variable driving all aspects of these costs. The large variation of costs across administrations is a complex issue and results not only from differences in access to and provision of care but also from absolute differences in the prices for health-care or loss of paid work.
