Social media may facilitate older adults' ability to engage socially and explore health information, but it can present difficulties for older adults. Therefore, it is important to explore older adults' experience of usability and user engagement. We conducted two rounds of pilot studies where we used Facebook to engage older adults.

Background: As Korean neonatal nurses frequently experience the deaths of infants, moral distress occurs when they provide end-of-life care to the infants and their families. Although they need to care for the patients' deaths and consequently experience burnout and turnover due to moral distress from the situation, there is a lack of a support for nurses. Moreover, not much information is available on the moral distress of neonatal nurses.

Pediatric primary health care (PPHC) is of principal importance to the health and development of all children, helping them reach their true potential. Pediatricians, as the clinicians most intensively trained and experienced in child health, are the natural leaders of PPHC within the context of the medical home. Given the rapidly evolving models of pediatric health care delivery, including the explosion of telehealth in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, pediatricians, together with their representative national organizations such as the American Academy of Pediatrics (AAP), are the most capable clinicians to guide policy innovations on both the local and national stage.

Many refugee women emigrate from countries with high cervical cancer incidence rates and have low rates of cervical cancer screening both before and after resettlement. Refugee women face many barriers to cervical cancer screening, including limited knowledge of cervical cancer and screening recommendations and cultural and linguistic barriers to being screened. Our pilot study aimed to develop and evaluate educational videos to promote cervical cancer screening among Karen-Burmese and Nepali-Bhutanese refugees, two of the largest groups of refugees arriving to the United States in recent years.

Fire in the operating theater is a rare but potentially fatal complication. We report igniting an intraperitoneal fire while preforming an exploratory laparotomy for perforated viscus. Fortunately, the patient suffered no injuries as a result.

Merkel cell carcinoma is a rare but often deadly cutaneous malignancy. It carries a 40 percent five-year mortality rate, in contrast to 15 percent for malignant melanoma, and the incidence is increasing among older and immunosuppressed patients. Dermatologists need to be aware of the particular diagnostic and treatment challenges as the incidence increases.
