Dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans (DFSP) is an aggressive tumour with multiple local recurrences and rare metastatic potential. Fibrosarcomatous transformation occurs in a few cases of DFSP which makes them more aggressive in terms of recurrence and metastasis.
