Skin cancer is an uncontrolled proliferation of abnormal skin cells that is usually caused by damaging UV radiation. Skin cancer is classified into two types: non-melanoma skin cancer and melanoma skin cancer. The entire studies focus on cytotoxic effect of prepared 5-Flurouracil loaded chitosan nanoparticle using A375 and A431 skin cancer cell line.
