Objective: To investigate the possible differences of human nasopharyngeal carcinogenesis between Han and Uygur patients in xinjiang.
Method: Detection of EBV-DNA, EBNA2 and LMP-1 in tumor tissues of 73 patients (Han 41, uygur 32) with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) were performed by PCR and immunohistochemistry.
