is an emerging zoonotic foodborne pathogen The clinical significance of this bacterium has increasingly been recognized worldwide. However, diagnostic method has not yet been established and its clinical manifestations are not fully understood. Here, we show that an gene-based quantitative real-time PCR (qRT-PCR) developed in this study is 100% specific and sensitive when tested with 39  and 36 non- strains, respectively.

The most common socioeconomic healthcare issues in clinical are burns, surgical incisions and other skin injuries. Skin lesion healing can be achieved with nanomedicines and other drug application techniques. This study developed a nano-spray based on cross-linked amorphous calcium peroxide (CaO) nanoparticles of polyacrylic acid (PAA) for treating skin wounds (PAA-CaO nanoparticles).

Objective: To retrospectively analyze the effects of dexmedetomidine after induction of anesthesia on intraoperative indices in patients with esophageal cancer.

Methods: The clinical data of 93 patients with esophageal cancer that admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. The patients were divided into control group (n=31), case group A (n=31, continuous intravenous infusion of 0.

T-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (T-ALL) is an aggressive cancer with poor clinical outcome. Poricoic acid A (PAA) is the main chemical constituent on the surface layer of the mushroom Poria cocos, and exerts protective effects against various diseases. In the study, its effects on T-ALL progression were investigated both in vitro and in vivo.

Electronic address:

Metastatic tumors present great challenges in diagnosis and treatment. Herein, a proof-of-concept theranostic nanoplatform composed of an Au nanoparticle core and a double-shell of metal-organic framework (MOF) and mesoporous silica (MS) is developed for combating spinal metastasis of lung cancer in an orthotopic model. Two drugs, Alpelisib (BYL719) as an inhibitor and cisplatin as a chemotherapeutic drug, are separately loaded into the double-shell with high loading content.

Background: It is necessary to analyze the CT pulmonary vascular parameters and disease severity in chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) patients to provide evidence support for the management of COPD.

Methods: COPD patients on acute exacerbation admitted to our hospital from COPD patients from January 2019 to March 2020 was selected. The characteristics and ratio of the cross-sectional area (CSA) of small pulmonary vessels to the total area of the lung field, and the ratio of pulmonary artery and aorta (PA/A) cross-sectional diameter in patients with COPD were analyzed.

Artificial Graft Replacement for the Pulmonary Artery Aneurysm: Three Case Reports.

Ann Vasc Surg

October 2021

Departments of Cardiovascular Surgery, State Key Laboratory of Cardiovascular Disease, Fuwai Hospital, National Center for Cardiovascular Disease, Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences and Peking Union Medical College, Beijing, China. Electronic address:

Pulmonary artery aneurysm (PAA) is a relatively rare disease. The symptoms are usually nonspecific and often identified due to coughing or dyspnea. Pericardial tamponade caused by the PAA dissection or rupture is the most common cause of death, so active surgical treatment is recommended.

Comparison of Magnetic Microbubbles and Dual-modified Microbubbles Targeted to P-selectin for Imaging of Acute Endothelial Inflammation in the Abdominal Aorta.

Mol Imaging Biol

April 2017

StateKey Laboratory of Organ Failure Research, Department of Cardiology, Nanfang Hospital, Southern Medical University, 1838 North Guangzhou Avenue, Guangzhou, 510515, China.

Purpose: Ultrasound molecular imaging (UMI) has potential to evaluate an inflammatory profile of endothelium. However, it is less successful in large arteries. This study compared magnetic microbubbles (MBs) selectively targeted to endothelial P-selectin and dual-targeting MBs in vitro and in vivo.
