Although it is clear that infertility leads to heightened stress for patients, the impact of depressed mood and anxiety on treatment outcome is inconsistently reported. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of stress, depression and anxiety on in vitro fertilization (IVF) outcomes in Kazakhstani public assisted reproductive technology (ART) clinics. The prospective cohort study was performed between June 2019 and September 2020 using questionnaires to assess psychological stress, depressed mood and anxiety in women referred to IVF clinics in two public clinical centers in Kazakhstan, Nur-Sultan and Aktobe.

The aim of the study was to determine the influence of oil products on the development of cervical pathology in women living in oil and gas bearing areas. A retro and prospective study of 300 women was conducted, of which 150 studied - Temir district (main group) and 150 women of Khobdinsky district (control group). Introduction: The aim of the study was to analyse the correlation of subjective complaints and urethral pressure profilometry (UPP) data in women with different types of urinary incontinence (UI): stress UI (SUI), urgency UI (UUI), and mixed UI (MixUI).
Methods: A study group of 405 women with complaints about UI were surveyed (UDI-6; ICIQ-UI) to determine the subjectively dominant type of UI, and UPP was performed for all these women. The variables analysed by UPP were the maximum urethral closure pressure at rest (MUCPrest), maximum urethral closure pressure at cough stress (MUCPstress), functional urethral length at rest (FULrest), functional urethral length during cough stress (FULstress) test and pressure transmission ratio (PTR).

The purpose of this work is to study by densitometry the bone mineral density (BMD) in Kazakhstan adolescents of Aktobe and biological markers of the bone metabolism. By obtained data revealed the presence of osteopenia among apparently healthy Kazakhstan adolescents in 72% of cases. Indicators of bone mineral density in adolescents two ethnic groups (Kazakhs and Russian) were unremarkable.

Aim: To evaluate the effectiveness of complex rehabilitation of post stroke patients in a Stroke Rehabilitation Centre.
Material And Methods: The results of rehabilitative treatment of 86 patients, aged from 50 to 68 years, in early and late recovery periods of ischemic stroke in the middle cerebral artery were analyzed. Neurological deficit was assessed with the Scandinavian Stroke Scale, the dynamics of recovery of neurological disorder with Barthel daily activity index, the degree of misbalance with the modified Rankin scale.
