Objective: The aim of this study was to explore the relationship between insight level and clinical and familial psychiatric features of children with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD).
Methods: Children's Yale-Brown Obsessive-Compulsive Scale-Symptom Checklist, 11 item of the Children's Yale-Brown Obsessive-Compulsive Scale, Wechsler Intelligence Scale for Children Revised Form, Affective Disorders and Schizophrenia for School Aged Children Present and Lifetime Version 1.0, and Structured Diagnostic Interview for Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders-IV Axis I Disorders were applied to 92 pediatric OCD patients.

Objectives: We aimed to compare the changes in the coronal alignment of the ankle joints and their clinical effects after high tibial osteotomy (HTO) and unicondylar knee arthroplasty (UKA).
Methods: 50 HTO and 54 UKA patients who were operated on for medial knee osteoarthritis between 2013 and 2018 were retrospectively evaluated. The hip-knee-ankle angle (HKA), the medial proximal tibial angle (MPTA), the tibial plafond inclination (TPI) and the talar inclination (TI) angles were measured before and after operation.

Objectives: We aimed to evaluate the difficulties pregnant women encountered while receiving health care, their demands for antenatal care, and their mental state during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Material And Methods: A total of 447 pregnant women were included in this cross-sectional study. The data were collected through a face-to-face questionnaire, which assessed participants' demographic, individual, and obstetric characteristics, their opinions regarding the COVID-19 pandemic, expectations from their antenatal care services, and their Beck Anxiety Inventory (BAI) scores.

Sleep disturbances are associated with an increased risk of attention-deficit and hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), which can also lead to sleep problems. In this study we aimed to determine the variables that affect the relationship between ADHD and sleep quality. Moreover, we aimed to compare these variables in children and adolescents with ADHD and healthy controls.

Background: In this study, we aim to describe clinical features and outcomes of very elderly (85 years old or older) patients and provide information about predictors of mortality and factors associated with the length of hospital stay (LOS).
Materials And Methods: We reviewed retrospectively the files of patients over 85 years old and older who were admitted to the intensive care unit (ICU) of our training and research hospital between January 2017 and December 2018. Demographic and clinical findings, treatment modalities, and outcomes were recorded.

Objectives: Although trichotillomania (TTM) is classified in the obsessive-compulsive disorders (OCD) chapter of the DSM-5, several studies showed that it has several differences. The aim of this study was to examine the phenomenology, comorbidity, and family psychiatric characteristisc of childhood TTM and OCD.
Methods: This study compared youth ages 6-17 years with a primary diagnosis of TTM ( = 63) to those with primary OCD ( = 65) on clinical and familial psychiatric characteristics.

Aims: We aimed to assess sleep quality in children and adolescents with OCD and to seek its association with OCD symptoms and OCD severity.
Methods: All of the subjects were assessed using DSM 5 and affective disorders and schizophrenia for school-age children - present and lifetime version, which is based on DSM-IV.
