We present three cases of intramuscular haemangioma adjacent to bone in the lower limb. All patients had local pain during the third decade. Plain radiographs showed an irregular or hypertrophic periosteal reaction on the shaft of the fibula and an intramuscular mass adjacent to the bone with inhomogeneous high signal intensity on MRI.
