Beside the NAV, there has been in use patient-specific instrumentation (PSI) as an additional tool for more precise glenoid implant position. Surgical NAV and PSI for glenoid implant positioning in anatomic and reverse total shoulder arthroplasty are in last years under observation and discussion.

Background And Aim Of The Work: The incidence of pelvic and acetabular fractures is increasing during the years, counting 37 pelvic fractures per 100000 people annually. No weight bearing or toe touch weight bearing are usually chosen in the initial management to allow fracture and ligamentous healing and avoid fracture displacement and fixation failure. On the other hand, early weight bearing may stimulate fracture healing and allow prompt functional recovery, faster return to work and recreational activities and reduce complications linked to late rehabilitation.

Background: Tibia pilon fractures are associated with high complication rates, decreased quality of life, and low patient satisfaction. Although many factors such as reduction quality and soft-tissue coverage have been identified, researchers continue to investigate the factors that affect healing in tibia pilon fractures. Our objective was to investigate the effect of initial fracture crack width and displacement degree on clinical functional results in tibia pilon fractures.

Background: Medial plica syndrome (MPS) is a common yet overlooked cause of anterior knee pain. The treatment options for MPS include a variety of conservative approaches, however, the effect of kinesiology taping (KT), which is a feasible and effective treatment choice for musculoskeletal pathologies, has not been studied.
Objectives: We investigated the efficacy of KT in addition to exercise in terms of pain severity, pain threshold, functional muscle strength of lower extremity, dynamic balance, functional status, and quality of life in patients with MPS.
Objective: This study was performed to investigate the baseline serum titanium levels in patients with short-segment titanium alloy posterior instrumentation and to assess patient-, implant-, and surgery-related factors that might affect the serum titanium level.
Method: Two groups of patients were included in the study. The study group comprised 39 patients who had undergone short-segment posterior instrumentation from January 2013 to June 2016.

Neonatal hip ultrasound imaging has been widely used for a few decades in the diagnosis of developmental dysplasia of the hip (DDH). Graf's method of hip ultrasonography is still the most reproducible because of its classification system; yet, the reproducibility is questionable as a result of the high dependency on the skills of the sonographer and the evaluator. A computer-aided diagnosis system may help evaluators increase their precision in the diagnosis of DDH using Graf's method.
