Assessing adherence to treatment using a questionnaire can help identify and eliminate factors and barriers that negatively affect adherence to medical recommendations and satisfaction with treatment.
Aim: To conduct linguistic and cultural adaptation of the 12-item Medication Adherence Scale (MAS-12) questionnaire and evaluate the psychometric properties of the Russian version of the MAS-12 questionnaire among patients suffering from T1DM and T2DM.

Aims: This study aimed to investigate the rate and quality of maturation of the mineral component of impacted teeth 38 and 48 and a fragment of the human lower jaw with connective tissue dysplasia (CTD) in different periods of postnatal ontogenesis.
Methods And Material: The study involved 102 males (76 with CTD and 26 without CTD), divided into age groups: 31-40, 41-50 and 51-60 years. For medical reasons, teeth 38 and 48 were removed from each patient, as well as a fragment of the alveolar part of the lower jaw in the projection of teeth 38 and 48 measuring 0.

Unlabelled: An intratissual electrical stimulation, accompanied by irritation of their central neurons, is used to recover the function of damaged peripheral nerves. Treatment results exceeded those with the use of cutaneous electrical stimulation, which is confirmed by comparative results of trial animal experiments. The time and quality of peripheral nerves' function recovery in comparison of intratissual and cutaneous electrical stimulation methods remain unknown.

Inflammatory bowel disease (IBD) is associated with an increased risk of cardiovascular disease (CVD). Cardiovascular pathology in people with IBD has not been well studied to date, and a direct link between cardiovascular events and IBD has not been established. The mechanisms underlying this association include the parallel and dynamic interaction of inflammation, modulation of the composition of the gut microbiota, endothelial dysfunction, thrombogenicity, and increased endothelial and epithelial permeability.

The article is a review of literature data on the stages, classifications, pathological conditions during the eruption of the lower third molars in humans. The authors analyzed the established knowledge about clinical and morphological changes at various stages of eruption of the lower third molars, studied new data describing the pathogenetic, histological and biochemical features of their development, packaging, movement to the occlusal plane. The literature review helped to identify a series of current trends that define a number of key hypotheses that summarize the accumulated material and indicate different opinions on the topic under study, which confirms the prospects and relevance of continuing research.

Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) has the highest prevalence among diseases of the digestive system and is characterized by a significant decrease in patients' quality of life, comparable to arterial hypertension and coronary heart disease. One in every ten cases of reflux esophagitis leads to the formation of Barrett's esophagus, which is associated with a high risk of esophagus adenocarcinoma. The key factors determining the progression of the disease are the frequency and duration of the reflux of the stomach's contents.

This review analyzed 21 scientific papers on the determination of amino acids in various types of cancer in saliva. Most of the studies are on oral cancer (8/21), breast cancer (4/21), gastric cancer (3/21), lung cancer (2/21), glioblastoma (2/21) and one study on colorectal, pancreatic, thyroid and liver cancer. The amino acids alanine, valine, phenylalanine, leucine and isoleucine play a leading role in the diagnosis of cancer via the saliva.
