Objective: The aim: A comprehensive assessment of the state of the autonomic nervous system and cerebrovascular reactivity of the cerebral blood flow in the patients with the headache accompanied by arterial hypertension (AH) and somatoform autonomic dysfunction (SAD).
Patients And Methods: Materials and methods: We conducted the clinical, autonomic regulation and Doppler sonography examination of 124 young patients (18-45 years old), including 51 men and 73 women in the conditions of the clinical base of the Kharkiv Medical Academy of Postgraduate Education in 2018-2021. All patients with cephalgias were divided into three groups: with AH stage II (Group I - 41 patients), AH stage I (Group II - 40 patients), SAD (Group III - 43 patients).
Objective: The aim: To obtain the first estimates of the current prevalence of healthcare-associated cervicitis (HACs) and antimicrobial resistance of responsible pathogens in Ukraine.
Patients And Methods: Materials and methods: We conducted a retrospective multicentre cohort study was based on surveillance data from January 1st, 2019 to December 31st, 2021 in Ukraine. Antibiotic susceptibility testing was determined by Kirby-Bauer disc diffusion test according to the protocol of the European Committee on Antimicrobial Susceptibility Testing.

We report a case of a 61-year-old woman, who had been suffering from multiple relapses of uterine sarcoma treated by multiple cytoreduction operations. During the observation period there were performed 13 surgical interventions. As a result of operations, together with the removal of more than 60 liters of tumor volume, the following were performed: extirpation of the uterus with ovaries, right colectomy, resection of the small intestine four times, resection of the sigmoid colon, resection of the duodenum, peritonectomy, cholecystectomy, appendectomy, 2 cycles of adjuvant chemotherapy and Hyperthermic intraperitoneal chemotherapy procedure.

Background: Treatment of the patients with multidrug-resistant tuberculosis (MDR-TB)/HIV coinfection in a state of severely suppressed immune system remains unsatisfactory.
Methods: The study involved 52 HIV-positive patients with MDR-TB and CD4+ lymphocyte cells below 50 cells/μCL. Patients in control group (Group 1) and in basic group (Group 2) received standard treatment with second-line antituberculosis agents and antiretroviral agents.
Objective: The aim: To prove safety of the new elixir and determine the effect on regenerative processes under conditions of the experimental trauma.
Patients And Methods: Materials and methods: The formula of the new dental elixir "Apiprol" includes biologically active components of bee products (propolis, comb capping wax), plant origin compounds. The elixir was single administered, intragastrally to white nonlinear mice weighing (22±2) g at doses at 50 mg/kg, 500 mg/kg, 5000 mg/kg.

The new aggregate data analyses revealed the earlier missing role of cerebellum long-term electrical stimulation in the absence epilepsy. Neurophysiologic data gained by authors favor that cerebellar serial deep brain stimulation (DBS) (100 Hz) causes the transformation of penicillin-induced cortical focal discharges into prolonged 3,5-3,75 sec oscillations resembling spike-wave discharges (SWD) in cats. Such SWDs were not organized in the form of bursts and persisted continuously after stimulation.

The analysis of the administrative and legal enforcement of health care in Ukraine indicates the lack of sufficient regulatory and legal acts due to the lack of and deficiencies in conceptual documents, doctrinal developments, strategic planning in this area. The modern administrative-legal management is historically due, since during the Soviet period health care regulation was determined by the high centralization of governance, the imperative of decision-making, the precise regulation of the activities of its subjects, the lack of overall control and supervision. The Conceptual Frameworks in this area, as shown by the analysis of scientific literature and legal documents, should include general provisions, goals, objectives, principles, legal framework, subject and object, priority areas of implementation, phases and stages, terms, amount of financial, material and technical resources, expected results.
