Objective: to determine the severity of gingivitis in children with teeth formation disorders - residents of the ter-ritories contaminated with radionuclides as a result of Chornobyl Nuclear Power Plant (ChNPP) accident.
Materials And Methods: The object of the study is 1470 children aged 6-14 years with dental malformations, 528 amomg them are residents of areas contaminated with radionuclides as a result of the ChNPP with the identified types of disorders of teeth formation (DTF) (systemic enamel hypoplasia (SEH) and molar-incisor hypomineralization (MIH)), and different stages of the severity of gingivitis.
Results: Determining of the degree of severity of gingivitis in children with DTF indicates the presence of its lesion of a moderate degree of the severity with a prevalence in persons with SEH or MIH and chronic diseases of internal organs suffered after the ChNPP accident.

The review presents literature data on the role of ionizing radiation as a negative environmental factor in the occurrence of plasma cell myeloma (PCM). The data of studies of various categories of irradiated persons regarding the incidence of PCM, in particular employees of nuclear enterprises and victims of the accident at the Chornobyl Nuclear Power Plant accident, are given. The effect of cytokines (interleukin-6 and interleukin-10) on PCM substrate cells was analyzed, including under conditions of combined action of IR and cytostatic agents in vitro.

We have presented a brief literature overview of the disease, supported by a clinical case of multiple acute posterior circulation strokes with lesions in the pons and both hemispheres of the cerebellum associated with ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome in a white young European adult in Ukraine. Specific features of posterior circulation stroke associated with ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome were determined, analyzed, and described. Complex posterior circulation cerebral infarction in the pons and both hemispheres of the cerebellum associated with ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome has not been reported before but has devastating consequences for both mother and fetus.

Objective: The aim: This study aims in a prospective hospital-based cohort study to determine clinical and imaging features of medial medullary infarction and report a relevant clinical case in a white European adult.
Patients And Methods: Materials and methods: We have prospectively enrolled one hundred twenty adult patients with acute posterior circulation stroke. All patients were admitted and enrolled in the study within 6 to 24 hours from the onset of the stroke symptoms.
Objective: The aim: To study the role of enteroviruses (EV) in the development of ischemic stroke and its outcome.
Patients And Methods: Materials and methods: The main group (MG) included 72 patients with acute cerebrovascular disorders were examined using the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale and Barthel Index. The comparison group (CG) included 35 patients without cerebrovascular disease.
A 17-year-old female patient was admitted to the psychoneurological department of Kyiv Clinical Railway Hospital No. 1, due to deterioration of her mental state, a significant decrease in body weight, and no effect of outpatient treatment. Patients And Methods: Materials and methods: Hazard assessment to public health was performed according to 3 methods: determination of integrated danger vector (R), integrated groundwater contamination hazard index (IGCHI), risk of adverse effects of studied pesticides to public health (RAEP).
Results: Results: The assessment of R and IGCHI indicators showed that the highest level of potential danger to public health due to possible contamination of water sources in Ukraine and other countries (EU, USA, Australia) is inherent in bicyclopyrone.
The purpose of the present study is to evaluate the efficacy of combination immunotherapy with Propes and Inflamafertin in GDFC adults with natural killer (NK) and/or natural killer T-lymphocyte (NKT) cell deficiency. This single-centre, retrospective, controlled, non-randomized clinical trial analysed medical records of 212 adult GDFC patients aged 19-50 years (study group [SG]). SG received Propes at a dose of 2 ml intramuscularly every other day at night for three consecutive months and Inflamafertin at a dose of 2 ml IM every other day at night for three consecutive months in rotation with Propes.

Background: The fragment-to-fragment approach for the estimation of the biological affinity of the pharmacophores with biologically active molecules has been proposed. It is the next step in the elaboration of molecular docking and using the quantum-chemical methods for the complex modeling of pharmacophores with biomolecule fragments.
Methods: The parameter φ 0 was used to estimate the contribution of π-electron interactions in biological affinity.

At the beginning of the current pandemic, it was believed that severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) infection would induce lifelong immunity and that reinfections would be unlikely. However, after several cases of reinfection were documented in previously infected patients, this was understood to be a false assumption, and this waning humoral immunity has raised significant concerns. Accordingly, long-term and durable vaccine-induced antibody protection against infection have also become a challenge, as several breakthroughs of COVID-19 infection have been identified in individuals who were fully vaccinated.

Background: Timing of invasive intervention such as operative pancreatic debridement (OPD) in patients with acute necrotizing pancreatitis (ANP) is linked to the degree of encapsulation in necrotic collections and controlled inflammation. Additional markers of these processes might assist decision-making on the timing of surgical intervention. In our opinion, it is logical to search for such markers among routine laboratory parameters traditionally used in ANP patients, considering simplicity and cost-efficacy of routine laboratory methodologies.

In this clinical study, the effect of serological status of rheumatoid arthritis (RA) on the possibility and timing of clinical remission while taking the main non-biological disease modifying anti-rheumatic drugs (DMARD) was analyzed. The relationship between presence and levels of antibodies to cyclic citrullinated peptide (ACCP) and/or rheumatoid factor (RF) and remission in RA has also been studied. It was found that the frequency of remission, including early one (during the first 6 months of treatment), is three times higher in ACCP negative patients with RA.
