When the standard endovascular crossing maneuvers have failed during CLTI recanalization procedures and the distal below-the-knee or proximal below-the-ankle retrograde access is not possible due to chronic occlusion of the vessels, mastering the more distal and complex retrograde BTA punctures may be advantageous.There are scanty reports regarding the retrograde puncture of the mid and forefoot vessels. The aim of this article is to review different tips and tricks related to these techniques to help operators to apply them in specific scenarios to eventually improve procedural success rate.

Isolated fallopian tube torsion: A systematic review of case reports.

Objective: To combine all literature describing cases of isolated fallopian tube torsion in adult non pregnant patients in a systematic manner, to optimize knowledge and practice both for diagnosis and management.

Study Design: EMBASE and PubMed databases were searched for the terms 'tubal' OR 'fallopian tube' AND 'isolated' AND 'torsion' from the inception of these databases to July 5, 2023. Objective: To examine the safety and efficacy of prostatic urethral lift (PUL) in acute urinary retention (AUR) patients within a controlled (PULSAR) and real-world setting (Real-World Retrospective study).

Materials And Methods: PULSAR was a 12-month prospective study of PUL in AUR patients ( = 51) performed at six centres in the United Kingdom; enrolled BPH patients aged ≥50 years, with prostate volume of ≤100 cc.
