A fundamental question in the study of happiness is whether there is neural evidence to support a well-known hypothesis that happy people are always similar while unfortunate people have their own misfortunes. To investigate this, we employed several happiness-related questionnaires to identify potential components of happiness, and further investigated and confirmed their associations with personality, mood, aggressive behaviors, and amygdala reactivity to fearful faces within a substantial sample size of college students (n = 570). Additionally, we examined the functional and morphological similarities and differences among happy individuals using the inter-subject representational similarity analysis (IS-RSA).

Objective: To examine the effect of comprehensive psychological training on the mental health of recruits and to provide basis for promoting mental health among recruits in Xinjiang.
Methods: From September to December, 2013, a convenience sampling was used to select 613 recruits from Xinjiang. These recruits were assigned to the training group (n=306) and the control group (n=307).

Objective: To explore the relationship between the cardiovascular responses and coping styles among recruits in psychological stress.
Methods: Using random cluster sampling method,we chose 406 army recruits in Xinjiang from October 2013 to November 2013,and the questionnaire survey combined with laboratory test was applied. The questionnaire used in this study was the simplified coping style questionnaire.
