Background: Chronic kidney disease (CKD) involves complex immune dysregulation and altered gene expression profiles. This study investigates immune cell infiltration, differential gene expression, and pathway enrichment in CKD patients to identify key diagnostic biomarkers through machine learning methods.
Methods: We assessed immune cell infiltration and immune microenvironment scores using the xCell algorithm.

Objectives: Effective exclusion of low-risk symptomatic outpatient cases for colorectal cancer (CRC) remains diagnostic challenges. We aimed to develop a self-reported symptom-based decision-making model for application in outpatient scenarios.
Methods: In total, 8233 symptomatic cases at risk for CRC, as judged by outpatient physicians, were involved in this study at seven medical centers.

Background: Acute liver injury (ALI) is a serious syndrome with a high mortality rate due to viral infection, toxic exposure, and autoimmunity, and its severity can range from mildly elevated liver enzymes to severe liver failure. Activation of the nod-like receptor pyrin domain-containing 3 (NLRP3) inflammasome is closely associated with the development of ALI, and the search for an inhibitor targeting this pathway may be a novel therapeutic option. Anoectochilus roxburghii polysaccharide (ARP) is a biologically active ingredient extracted from Anoectochilus roxburghii with immunomodulatory, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory bioactivities and pharmacological effects.

Breast cancer is a prevalent malignancy affecting women globally, characterized by significant morbidity and mortality rates. Ecliptae Herba is a traditional herbal medicine commonly used in clinical practice, has recently been found to possess antitumor properties. In order to explore the underlying material basis and molecular mechanisms responsible for the anti-breast cancer effects of Ecliptae Herba, we used network pharmacology and experimental verification.

Background: Gastric cancer (GC), an extremely aggressive tumor with a very different prognosis, is the third leading cause of cancer-related mortality. We aimed to construct a ferroptosis-related prognostic model that can be distinguished prognostically.
Methods: The gene expression and the clinical data of GC patients were downloaded from The Cancer Genome Atlas (TCGA) and Gene Expression Omnibus database (GEO).

Cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) guidelines emphasize that external chest compression should be started as early as possible during CPR. In addition to manual hand compressions, the machine for CPR can be used instead. However traditional machines for CPR take a lot of time toinstall, and is not conducive to the early initiation of chest compressions.
