The lymphatic fluid is the conduit by which part of the tissue "omics" is transported to the draining lymph node for immunosurveillance. Following cannulation of the pre-nodal cervical and mesenteric afferent lymphatics, herein we investigate the lymph proteomic composition, uncovering that its composition varies according to the tissue of origin. Tissue specificity is also reflected in the dendritic cell-major histocompatibility complex class II-eluted immunopeptidome harvested from the cervical and mesenteric nodes.

Purpose: Brain metastases are common among adult patients with solid malignancies and are increasingly being treated with stereotactic radiosurgery (SRS). As more patients with brain metastases are becoming eligible for SRS, there is a need for practical review of patient selection and treatment considerations.

Little is known about the long-term outcomes of anti-PD-1 treated patients with melanoma beyond 5 years, especially for patients treated off clinical trials. This retrospective cohort study includes patients with unresectable stage III/IV nonuveal melanoma treated with anti-PD-1 off-trial at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center between 2014 and 2017 who survived at least 5 years following their first anti-PD-1 dose (N = 139).
