Due to the primary closure of the fragile tissues, large postoperative drainage is unexpected following a periodontal medical procedure. This case study elaborately illustrates the formation of a "liver coagulation" or "currant jam clot" following a periodontal fold surgical operation. Contamination, internal damage, and the presence of foreign particles such as bone splinters or bits of dental restorative dressing can all increase the risk of an incident happening.

Disorders of temporomandibular joint (TMDs) are characterised by a variety of symptoms, including discomfort in the orofacial region, muscle tenderness, restricted jaw motion and noise at the joint. Additional neurological symptoms such as headaches, vertigo, heaviness, and altered vision may also coexist with TMDs. Because prostaglandin production is a critical mediator of inflammatory reaction and is inhibited by corticosteroids, they have anti-inflammatory effects.

Background: Shear bond analysis is the procedure used most frequently to gauge the tensile strength of adhesives incorporated in orthodontic treatments. In shear tensile strength analysis, pressure is placed as close as feasible to the interface between the orthodontic bracket and the surface of the tooth, parallel to the long axis of the tooth. Although numerous research on extracted teeth of human and bovine teeth have been conducted, there may still be variables such as pH, humidity, temperature, and others that could affect how these materials behave in the mouth cavity.

Aim Root canal obturation during endodontic therapy supports the root canal space and helps the extra tooth structure resist fracture. Some believe endodontic-treated teeth are more likely to break than natural teeth. The most common causes of tooth decay are endodontic treatment's extensive tooth structure loss and coronal and radicular dentin drying.

Background Post-surgical therapy in exodontia patients has historically been largely centered on pain and infection prevention. Healing of the extraction wound has rarely received any importance during regular dental extractions, despite being an inherent element of the process of tooth extraction itself. This study aimed to analyze the analgesic and antibacterial efficacy of topical-ozonized olive oil compared to regular drugs administered post-operatively to patients who have undergone tooth extraction as well as evaluate the healing effects of the former on the extraction site.
